Charge Air Cooler Cores

We currently manufacture a Charge cooler core Block for the Ford RS Focus, this block was designed by us specifically for these projects as a solution alternative to welding 7 separate cores together. However any required design will be looked at by our engineering team.

50mm x 8mm tube light weight internally turbulated tube, Available with 7mm / 8mm / 10mm fin height. 62mm x 8mm tube light weight internally turbulated tube, Available with 7mm / 10mm fin height. Please note we can also supply this tube in 40mm width and 80mm width using a 10mm fin height this would incur a lead time of 14 days to manufacture. 50mm x 8mm Tube Extruded, Available with 10mm fin height.

Charge Air Cooler Cores Twin row.

110mm Core constructed of two rows of 50mm x 8mm lightweight turbulated tubes. Available with 7mm / 8mm / 10mm fin height, also available using 50mm x 8mm extruded tube with 10mm fin height. 122mm Core constructed of a 50mm tube and a 62mm tube, Available with 7mm / 10mm Fin height. 126mm Core constructed of two row 62mm tube, Available with 7mm fin height. Anything not mentioned can be bespoke made. i.e. triple row cores etc, just ask and we shall let you know what fin heights are available.

Oil Cooler Cores Single row.

30mm x 3.55mm internally turbulated tube, Available with 32mm wide x 6mm /7mm /8mm / 10mm fin height. 40mm x 4.3mm internally turbulated tube, Available with 40mm wide fin x 8mm height, also 42mm wide fin x 7mm height. 50mm x 4mm Extruded tube, Available with 7mm / 10mm fin height. 60mm x 4mm Extruded tube, Available with 7mm / 10mm fin height.

Oilcooler Cores Twin row

110mm Core constructed using two 50mm x 4mm Extruded lubes, Available with 7mm / 10mm fin height. 130mm Core constructed using two 60mm x 4mm Extruded tubes, Available with 7mm / 10mm fin height.
Note: Regarding the fin per inch counts (FPI), our machines can produce any FPI from 8 to 22 on all of our fins.
