Learn the concepts and principles of program implementation through the total quality management program implementation steps; Demonstrate the importance of understanding on each of the steps to be undertaken in implementing a program for total quality management.

TQM focuses on the development of products and services that meet the needs and exceed the expectations of key client. This is accomplished by creating an integrated system that is process centered, It involves all concerned individual and is patient focused.

10 minutes Video will be presented about Total Quality Management (TQM) program implementation steps and creative lecturing utilizing PowerPoint presentation and interactive discussion will be used in presenting this topic.
