LED T8 TUBE
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Up to 40% cost savings in energy consumption. Up to 2 times longer lifetime, reducing maintenance cost. Simple installation without changing existing fixture. Reduce discomfort to the eyes. Minimal glare without any noticeable hot spot. No mercury or hazardous content. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

DUAL FLUSHED SYSTEM

An option to either flush with full tank or half-tank according to their needs. Can reduce toilet`s annual water usage around 80%. The Government is now still considering in giving any incentive to speed up this technology conversion for toilets. Reducing the water consumption, easy to maintain and rarely become clogged and thus contribute in savings on water bills. Normally, a half flush is enough to clean the toilet bowl especially on liquid waste.

WATER FLOW RESTRICTOR

1. 2. 3. 4. Designed to slow the water flow through existing water tap without reducing water pressure. Will not require replacement of old water tap, simply by installing the flow restrictor at the end of tap aerator. The flow rate may be reduced up to 1.7 litres/min. Water tap with flow restrictor is 60% more efficient than regular water tap. - Existing water tap: 8 - 12 L/min. - Tap with flow restrictor: 1.7 L/min or 3.5 L/min (bathrooms) 1. 2.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

RAIN WATER HARVESTING

Rainwater collected from the roof into the rainwater storage tank. It provides water supply for non-potable purposes (i.e. flushing toilets, landscape irrigation) Rainwater storage tank will be installed above ground. Benefits from rainwater harvesting: - Meet the shortage of water - Prevent soil erosion - Raise ground water level - Improve river management - Reduce water bill

Managed by Public Works Department (PWD) i. Mechanical department - plumbing system - fire fighting system - sewage system - air conditioning system ii. Electrical department Scheduled maintenance: once in every 3 months Casualty maintenance: when there is any equipment malfunction Fully funded by the government

3. 4. NEW AIR CONDITIONER

1. 2. 3. 4. Reduce energy consumption for cooling by 20 to 40 percent. Less repairs needed and reduce maintenance cost. Reduce air pollution and noise. Increase comfort to surrounding environment.
