Basic Function Oversee the Contractors Quality activities in the assigned Areas of the Project. Duties and Responsibilities: Review of Contractors submitted Quality Documents for approval like, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plan, Hydrotesting, Chemical Cleaning, Steam Blowing, Piping/Equipment Reinstatement and Box-up procedures, Review for approval of Contractors submitted Quality Personnel like Piping Inspectors, Equipment Inspectors, Welding Inspectors, Coating Inspectors, Review and evaluate the Contractors Isometric Control Sheets (ICS), Daily Welding Reports (DWR), PHWT Reports, NDT Reports, Monitor the movement of Contractors Quality Systems records and Quality personnel for compliance with the Project requirements, Monitor the Contractors Daily Inspection activities like Material receiving, Spools prefabrication, Test Packs Pre-HT (Erection) Punchlist inspection and verification, Review and evaluate the Contractors Inspection Punchlist Items, Perform Hold, Witness and Surveillance inspections as required in the Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Verify received material and equipment to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco specifications and requirements including proper handling, storage and protection, Write Inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Equipment Deficiency Reports (EDRs) as needed, Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and report to Quality Supervisor for early resolution, Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Quality Supervisor.

II. Lead Mechanical Engineer Project Management Team


Basic Function oversee the assigned construction work scope through effective team working with the EPC Contractor to ensure that the Work is performed safely to the agreed project schedule and standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Provided leadership and direction to the assigned subordinate PMT personnel to effectively coordinate, monitor, and facilitate the Work. Provided effective and practical construction input to ensure that the constructability aspects of the Work are adequately considered. Ensure, through review and monitoring, that the construction schedules are achievable and that early mitigation of slippage is identified and appropriate actions taken. Ensure that site procedures are adhered to in accordance with project requirements, including matters of safety and security. Ensure that construction quality is maintained at an acceptable level including all required records and tests. Maintain efficient and effective communications between the EPC Contractor and PMT, ensuring that all reporting requirements are met. Maintain primary contact and good working relationship with the EPC Contractor's and Subcontractors' site representatives. Promote HSE awareness and ensure that all Company HSE requirements are implemented and adhered to. Ensure that construction hazards and risks are fully considered by Contractors and that the appropriate actions are implemented during the project execution phase. Coordinate and interface, on behalf of the EPC Contractor, with existing Refinery Operations and other discipline engineers during the development and subsequent review of the Revamp Design Package deliverables. Coordinate and report on a weekly and monthly basis on all matters, in particular, progress statements and problem areas.
