Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the level of school administrators transformational leadership by
teacher under the office of Nakhonratchasima Primary Education Service Area 4, 2) study the level of
learning organization of the educational institutions by teacher under the office of Nakhonratchasima
Primary Education Service Area 4, and 3) study the school administrators transformational leadership
affect to the learning organization by teacher under the office of Nakhonratchasima Primary Education
Service Area 4. The sample was 345 teachers in the office of Nakhonratchasima Primary Education Service
Area 4. The sample size was based on Krejcie & Morgans table, and multiple-stage random sampling was
used in the sample selection. The respondents were the teachers. Research instruments were
questionnaires with .992 reliability value. Data analysis was conducted on the computer program to
calculate frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that 1) The level of school administrators transformational leadership by teacher
under the office of Nakhonratchasima Primary Education Service Area 4 was generally the most. The
highest mean was on the idealized influence whereas the lowest one was on the intellectual stimulation.
2) The level of the educational institutions learning organization by teacher under the office of
Nakhonratchasima Primary Education Service Area 4 was generally the most. The highest mean was on
team learning whereas the lowest scores were on knowledgeable staff and cognitive style. 3) The school
administrators transformational leadership affect to the learning organization by teacher under the office
of Nakhonratchasima Primary Education Service Area 4 was on individual consideration (X4), intellectual
stimulation (X3) and idealized influence (X1) with the statistical significance at the .05 level as the
following predicting equation. Y (tot) = .350 +.360 (X4) +.356(X3) +.139 (X1)
