We have still not gotten final word from HQ on COA's challenge to our denial of their fee waiver or an agreement from COA to pay the cost of the FOIA request. I am attaching a copy of the COA request, and a spread sheet identifying the lead on each aspect of the request and a providing a central location for tracking all the documents that respond to this request. For the most part, Brent, Bob Nyman and I are lead on the majority of the request but portions require a CSO lead (Michelle, Stan, Karen O. as support or lead), and ORC lead (Kim). Please look through the attached spread and the request and address the areas for which you are lead or support. Whether the fee is waived or not please keep track of the number of hours and the number of photo copied pages needed to address this request. We will be asked for this info whether or not the fee is waived. If you have any questions about the request, people designated lead, or the spreadsheet please feel free to call x-3775 or stop by and speak to me. If you can provide electronic copies of documents, correspondences or emails that would preferred to

paper copies. I suggest that you collect them in a folder(s) and we can decide how best to package the electronic files. You should feel free to start collecting info for this request, as it is most likely that HQ will most likely agree with COA's challenge and grant the fee waiver. Felix
