Sunday July 2nd Dear Robert, 1 Im sorry I havent written since Christmas.I know I promised to write more often this year but Ive had exams for the last three weeks so I just havent had the time.Excuses,excuses! I think the exams were O.K- except German,Im hopeless at languages.Are you any good at languages? Whats your best subjectI? havent seen you for so long Ive got no idea. 2. Im really looking forward to the summer holidays.Were going camping in Italy.Were going to take the car ferry and then drive there in Dads new car.Were going to stay in Italy for about three weeks.Well probably spend most of the time in the countryside- in Tuscany 3. Now the exams are over.Im being really lazy and relaxing as much as I can.I still go swimming two or three times a week mind you and I play football quite a lot after school but apart of that I just stay at home.Did I tell you ive got a Playstation? Ive got some great games for it and sometimes my friends come round and play them with me. 4. Sometimes I go into London with my friends and mostly we just you know,hang out and have coffee,stuff like that.I dont usually like going to museums and things but last time we found one which was really fantastic! Its the Transport Museum in the middle of London,in Covent Garden.Its full of things you can do ,not just look at and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.I fiind out a lot about how they built the Underground and the tube trains and buses- the oldest underground lines have been there for years and years,but they are still building new ones. 5. Id better stop now or you wont get this letter till next year! Maybe you can come and see us in the summer holidays? Ask your parents- were not going to be in Italy all the time so maybe we can meet.I hope so. Sorry again for not writing.
