In Pakistan McDonald is introducing new products according to the taste of their customers to attract more customers. A major strength of McDonald is that they are offering different deals with affordable prices; McDonald is the only fast food restaurant who is offering beef burger in Pakistan. Price
Pricing is most important factor of the marketing strategy because it generates revenue and profit for the company. McDonald is trying to adjust their prices according to their competitors, but their prices are very high as compare to other fast foods. The reason behind that is many such as high standard of services, costly location and government taxes. McDonalds are trying to adjust their prices according to their customers income so that every single person can afford it for that they have divided there products in different categories which are as follow: Kids deals Family meals Lunch meals Breakfast meal Late night meal

Placement
McDonalds is one of the leading fast food chain in the world. There are 121 outlets in other countries and they are increasing rapidly. In Pakistan there are 27 outlets and they all are located in well known cities. They are targeting those places where people can purchase easily. They are targeting upper class and upper-lower class. There location: Lahore Faisalabad Karachi Rawalpindi Islamabad Hyderabad Sialkot Kala shah kaku There are 10 outlets in Lahore because Lahore is famous for eating.

Promotion
Promotion is used to attract people The company makes significant use of billboards in front of their competitors. Their promotion logo is IM LOVIN IT which clearly means that their main focus is their customers if we see it properly well notice that m is capital and other words are small which means they are directly relating their logo with their customers which means they are in love with meals and to attract families. They are using media for the promotion of their new products. They give ads in newspapers, televisions and internet. McDonalds prime focus is on targeting kids for this purpose they are giving away happy meals with toys to attract children.

A marketing plan is made to make a there objectives clear, and it is used to see if that are working according to their plan or not. Results should be analyzed on daily bases to keep in check whether target objectives are being met. This type of feedback helps out to change there objective plan if its not working correctly.
