First of all we would like to thank Almighty Allah, for the completion and compilation of this report. This report provides an analysis and evaluation of the previous, current and prospective situation of the business. It has touched different dimensions which belong to PSO such as History, product & services, Health & safety, Information about the employees, Complete SWOT analysis, and Organization chart & structure. The formation of a corporation was vital decision due to which PSO had developed a new vision that changed it distinctly into a new company, which presently competing many Multinational giants in market and has established its own unique position among multinationals. The purpose of this project and report was to understand the restructuring of PSO and also the benefits that PSO achieved for efficiency and effectiveness in its business functions. We were given the opportunity to learn much about Organization structure, its chain in command, and different Management practices. We feel that this knowledge will be helpful in future work terms, and in our career.

What PSO has for its customers as far as services are concern? How are these services helping the normal Pakistani society and environment? Is PSO a private sector company or public sector company? Is PSOs main generation comes from selling final product of oil for cars and trucks? What is this company doing to help Pakistan as a social and as a responsible corporate? How do you make sure that these harmful fuel generated gases and other disastrous outputs doesnt effect the population or customer for that matter? What are you strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities?

 Advertisements of PSO now days are not on a massive scale, why is that so? Could please guide us how to make PSOs organizational structure and chart as its huge organization with large numbers of employees? How do feel to be part of PSO and what are the benefits an employee gets in PSO? PSO believe in what style? And why is that? Can please tell us the patrol pump station from which PSO earns the most?
