CLUB RHINO RULES (PLEASE REFER ALSO TO THE BY-LAWS)

Founded January 25, 2009

FUNDS. The Funds of the Club shall come from annual dues, surplus from Sunday
rides (Ride Fees), membership fees, penalty fees, and donations from members and
benefactors. For this purpose the initial amount of P1,000.00 shall be assessed
from all founding members. New applicants shall pay the amount of P2,000.00
subject to pre-qualifications set forth in the by-laws to be a bonafide member of the
club. The amount paid by a new applicant cannot be refunded, if later, he is denied
membership in the club. Thereafter, the amount of P500.00 shall be paid by each
member as annual dues.

Riding Fees. The riding fee of P500.00 shall be paid by the member for every
Sunday Ride. The fee shall cover the member’s breakfast and rehydration. Any
surplus from the said amount shall form part of the Club’s Funds as above-cited.

No Ride Penalty Fees. The amount of P100.00 shall be paid by the member for
every ride of which he is absent, except the following: (1). If the member is on
overseas tour of duty; (2). When the member’s bike is out of commission; and (3).
When the member rides a different bike within the club’s defined allowed bike.

No Track Day Penalty. The amount of P2,500.00 shall be paid by the member is he
fails to run at least one track day at BRC or CRC per year as scheduled by the Club.
The track day is considered to have been complied if the member joins one (1) long
ride which covers at least 400 km.

QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE CLUB


1. Payment of P2,000.00 entry fee;
2. Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application;
3. Members must be resident of Cavite Province at the time of his filing of
application for membership in the club. Should the member thereafter
transfers his rsidene outside cavite province, he must inform...the club
secretary
4. Must possess a driver’s license with “3” restriction clearly inscribed;
5. Must have passed three (3) regular rides of the club, after which third
ride, he shall have been duly endorsed by at least 3 members for
membership approval. The approval of membership requires an
unanimous vote of all members present during the ride day upon
which the membership is endorsed for voting.
6. As a final rite for his membership, he shall take the necessary oath and
drink the CLUB TOAST that will be handed to him by the President.

BIKE DEFINITION.
Bike as defined shall be any motorcycle falling under the category of Sports, Super-
Sports and Superbikes, with a displacement of at least 400 cc. Harley Davidson
type, Cruisers and Choppers are not allowed entry into the club. This rule is relaxed
for the founding members of the club. Bikes with 250cc may be allowed entry into
the club provided the same has been pre-qualified to run at least 170kph and
approved by at least three (3) members of the club.

EQUIPMENT
No member shall be allowed to run without helmet and other protective gears.
Riding without such protection shall not be tolerated. This rule shall be relaxed
when the club is on civic parade running on snail pace, of which, the use of
bandanas and sleeveless shirts shall be allowed. However, in no case shall a
member ride without shoes.

SPEED LIMIT.
Except on civic parade and civic assistance missions, there shall be no speed limit.
However, for safety and assistance purposes, members are advised to have at least
one company when breaking away for his desired speed.

SIGNALS.
All members must know the signals used by the club. For uniformity, the club shall
adopt the signal standards of LERAP (Law Enforcers Riders Association of the
Philippines). The club may also adopt it own special signals which must be known
to all.

OFFICERS
The President.
1. The President shall preside over all meetings of the Club, employing the
order of business cited herein.
2. The President shall liason with umbrella motorcycle organization for
proper accreditation such as LERAP, DOTC, Motorcyle Federation of the
Philippines, Luzon Motorcycle Federation, PNP-Mobile Group Provincial
Directorate;

4. The President has the sole authority to cancel a Sunday Ride. However,
such cancellation shall be valid only if relayed to the PRO.

The PRO. It is the duty of the Public Relations Officer to inform the group of the
scheduled rides and its cancellation.
Ride Mashalls. There shall be two (2) Ride Marshalls designated for each particular
ride day on rotation basis. The Secretary shall keep the records of marshalling
duties. The First Mashall shall dictate the tempo of the ride and act as Front
Sweeper for the club ride. This function shall not in anyway prevent any club rider
from overtaking the marshall on his desired speed, provided the First Marshall

signals him to overtake. The Second Marshall shall be the last rider on formation
and as such he is not allowed to overtake anybody, even a newbie or guest rider. It
shall be the primary duty of the Second Marshall to see to it that all riders have
reached the destination safely.
