I. AFC ACTUAL COACHES SYSTEM QUALIFICATION PROGRAMS: To be continued, perfected & incorporated into the National System

ACTUAL SPORT-AUTHORITY OF INDIA FOOTBALL COACHES PROGRAM: PROFESSIONAL ELITE/YOUTH FOOTBALL COACHES:

II. 2.1. System of recruiting: FROM ALL 5 REGIONS, FROM ALL 33 STATES. * Any Football Player with minimum necessary and mandatory football games knowledge. 2.2. Actual System needs to be correlated with the FIFA-AFC & AIFF principles, methods & programs! * Organized by the Sport Authority of India (and need the AIFF correlations & coordination!) One year Coaches Course in 5 regions X 20 coaches = 100 professional coaches/year X 4 years =400 professional coaches

III. AI-FF: PROFESSIONAL-ELITE/PERFORMANCE FOOTBALL COACHES:


1.1. New System of Recruiting:
* Special former Football Players recently 1-2-3 years ended the playing period. * Performance Players on the last 1-2-3 years to finish the playing period, interest in coaching job

1.2. New Preparation System for Professional Coaches:


* 2 Years Professional Course: Working & Learning- Studying & Performing * Short Period of time together and the rest of the time, working, studding, writing performing in the field. 1.3. Special Courses open for future highest level of performance: Professional Clubs, National Coaches, Regional Directors, Academies Directors, State Technical Directors, for Boys & Girls, for Man & Women highest performance.

IV. AL-FF THROUGH STATE FA, in 4 GROUPS of DISTRICTS for EACH STATE: TEACHER-COACH CERTIFICATE FOR ALL SCHOOL FOOTBALL COACHES:
This is one of the most important program to be accomplished for ACTIVITY the Football in Schools.

V. REFEREESMENT COACHES COUFRSES AT THE LEVEL OF COUNTRY, 5 DISTRICTS AND/OR STATE LELVEL:
2 hours, half day, one day course-seminar-technical exchanging program, etc.! Before each of the championship, we need to organize these courses.

I. THE FIRST SEGMENT: 5-6-7 to 13/14:
1.1. Oriented for Identification, Preparing & Promoting of the talents: 1.1. This segment of preparation for professional super-stars is almost absent! 1.3. We are proposing to start with: 1.3.1. To qualify TEACHER-COACHES, in a short time courses 1.3.2. To organize the School System Leagues, all around the year!

II. THE SECOND SEGMENT: 14/15 18/19 Years:


2.1. The Actual Academies are not respecting any of the INTERNATIONAL RULES: 2.1.1. In the same group players of 15-16 years and 19-20-21/23 2.1.2. The competitions are organized with players from 7-9 years differences 2.1.3. Even in this conditions, the talents are not Special /Individual Prepared!

III. THE THIRD SEGMENT: Over 20-21-22 to 35:


3.1. Are the result of the first 2 segments! 3.2. OUR Players have some individual good OFFICIAL GAME SKILLS 3.3. OUR Teams are not playing a National or International GAMES PRINCIPLES 3.4. OUR Teams are not playing common-sense OFFICIAL GAME STRATEGIES
