Our Organization Transformation professionals use data and analytics to deliver strategic change, organization strategies and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of the organizations transformation goals. They help in aligning organization designs to strategy, optimize the structural components of client operating models and redesign and redefine capabilities.

Job description Function Service Line Specific skill set required Graduation Professional qualification Work Experience Consulting Organisation and Talent Experience in developing different training product types, such as ILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs. Any Bachelors degree N/A 2- 4 yrs Any Masters degree

The key job responsibilities include the following: Develop training materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids and self-study materials Collaborate with subject matter experts Create storyboards for different delivery mediums: Web-based Training (WBTs), Computer-based Training (CBTs), Instructor Led Training (ILTs), virtual Instructor Led Training (vILTs) Contribute to client communications and develop key messages

The key skills required

At least 2-4 years of experience in developing different training product types, such as ILTs/vILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs. This includes ability to: o o o o o Research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, vILTs Work with different types of input material to create instructional content Apply various Instructional strategies, models, and theories to content Use/Create templates in developing instructional materials Visualize content and work with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.

Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint Knowledge of courseware development tools, such as Captivate, UPK, Articulate Presenter, and Lectora Demonstrate excellent writing skills Demonstrate strong communication skills, and the ability to interact at all levels Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Experience in designing and developing training programs across ERPs like SAP or Oracle or PeopleSoft will be a plus
