NSA SigInt can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person’s bioelectric fields. The
NSA’s Signals Intelligence has the proprietary ability to remotely and non-invasively
monitor information in the human brain by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in
the 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electro-magnetic emissions from the brain. Neuronal activity
in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This
magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave.
C ontained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns
called “evoked potentials.” Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event,

This modulated information can be put into the brain at varying intensities from
subliminal to perceptible. Each person’s brain has a unique set of bioelectric
resonance/entrainment frequencies. Sending audio information to a person’s brain
at the frequency of another person’s auditory cortex would result in that audio
information not being perceived. The Plaintiff learned of RNM by being in two-way
RNM contact with the Kinnecome group at the NSA, Ft. Meade. They used RNM 3D

technology men, women and children are being tortured by way of remote

apparently accurate. I have been targeted for three years.One of the primary
operatives in the development and implementation of Neural Monitoring, also
known as Psychotronics, is Robert Gunn, PhD.
Gunn is a former Veterans Affairs clinical psychologist at the VA Hospital in Ann

Arbor, MI.
In 1966 Gunn began his career at the VA deprgramming Vietnam, Korean and
World War II POWs. Later, Gunn would harness his knowledge of brainwashing,
mind control and torture to help create a psychological warfare protocol to
terrorize innocent Americans targeted by this horrifying technology.
I cam to know Gunn when I beceam involved with his daughter. When the
realtionship failed, Gunn attacked me and my family with voice to skull
transmissions, electrical shocks to my body and infrared visual projections that
appear like mirages.

My ex husband works at the NSA. He’s a senior officer and he’s been there 30
years. He’s a public embarrassment to the NSA and frankly, I caught them red
handed last year. My ex disappeared 30 years ago and forgot to pay his child
support. I found this deadbeat on Google last year and called the DOD. The NSA
covered up the whole thing to protect the reputation of the agency. Look, people,
the NSA is full of creeps and cronies from the military. My ex was busted from
intelligence in 1970. His whole unit was investigated for national security
breaches. They set up shop inside the NSA. It’s an old boy’s club full of drunks and
druggies. I met these guys 30 years ago in the military. As long as my ex-husband
works at the NSA, the whole military intelligence corps can kiss my ass.

can image attempting to identify the physical problems I have encountered. To put
this in context, I have a device in my brain which was not indentifiable by any any
medical science but through research. This system can cause every negative event
in your life. It can also cause your death. I am a professional pilot and this system
is used on me while flying passengers in high density areas of the country. Making
this very dangerous and can make you look like a complete idiot. I have seen the
system with my own eyes and can tell you, your private life will cease as you know
it. Please if you are a attorney or know anyone at NSA please help make my
profession a safe operation by stopping the torture on me and allowing me to be

I am from Bangladesh and a communication technologist by profession. It seems I

am also being monitored by this devil technology called RNM (Remote neural
monitoring) atleast for the last 5 years. At the beginning i thought i have some
mental problem but now i know that is not the case. It seems to me that the
people who are torturing me speaks my own local language but i dont think it is
the local people who are doing it. May the super crappy computers they are using
can also speak in many different languages and can monitor anyone via satellite.
Sometimes i also feel what is happenning to me is beyond human limitations both
ways but i dont know the exact answer. I am too little to know why I am targetted,
I am just a simple person from a poor developing nation. Whatever that is, that is

My story is pretty much the same like others that I often read on the internet. As
far as I know, in 2003 I first encountered with this remote harassment and it
continues till now. At that time my wife was pregnant and we were expecting our
first child and she was living with her father overseas. I was living with my mother
and sister in our own home. I started to listen to voices in my own language that
were reading out my own mind and everything I was doing. I heard conversation
of several people who could follow me anywhere I go and read what I was
thinking inside my mind and they would create noises and disturbances that most
likely I could only hear but no one else and they would verbally abuse me. The
situation started to deteriorate so much that I could hardly sleep at night as every
time I tried to sleep they would wake me up with a big bang or some kind of
electric shock. Sometimes I felt my feets were getting paralyzed due to some
external force and someone operating some vibrational force on my heart, brain,
ear, nose etc. I was virtually turned into a mad man suddenly in 2/3 weeks. Then I
went to see a psychiatrist who said I might be schizophrenic and gave me some
med.Taking those medicine finally I was able to sleep because it had strong
sleeping pill and I would hear less than usual bcause of that med. Situation also
makes people stronger and that actually happened to me that mentally and
physically I tried to become stronger to survive. In addition God gifted me with a
new born child and all that helped me to cope with that situation. But I still hear
the voices that people following me everywhere and try to screw up anything I try
to do to make progress either in my personal or professional life and I was
thinking that I was the most unlucky person in the world but I didn’t know
someone was intentionally causing my misfortune. They mess-up my computer,
mobile phone remotely and it seems they are so powerful so that I am unable to
do positive or important things in life. In the process I had to leave several very
good jobs because of very silly reasons. Basically whoever wathcing me, they
want to slow poison me to death and it is like a strategy game they are playing
with real human being. Until very recently I thought I am a mental patient but as I
browse through the net more I know that I was all wrong as so many people
cannot have the same or similar symptoms like myself and I do not have any other
abnormality and I held many important high tech jobs even with this sufferings
which a schizophrenic or mental patient couldn’t possibly hold even if that was for
a shorter time. I do believe even my wife and son are also suffering the side
effects of what is happening to me if not more. In the last few years we had major
health problems and drastic chages how we look like. I strongly believe whoever
doing this to me is either a super power or something super natural power and I
don’t want to point my figure to anyone or any agency unless I know for sure who
is actually doing it. I just concentrate more on learning these days and pray to
God, hoping God will guide me towards freedom one day and God can definitely

I dissolved my realtionship with the (40) woman when I realized she was having
an affair with my (23) m,ale assistant. He was hacking my computers. He was

Additionally, I awaken every morning to “ringing in my ears.” When I shower the

“voices in my head” are intense.
My thoughts become audible in my brain. Sometimes communciations are

You can disable the predators using a powerwand from wherever you are. Read

accessing the etheric plane and using your own energy and the real law. These

Yes I have had experience with the powerwand. Use it as an add on or if this is all
new to you to magnify and focus your intentions but you do not really need it
once you get the hang of it. You do need to access the etheric plane though. I
suggest getting towerbusters and an HHG (I got mine from ctbusters and cbswork)
What they do is convert the DOR(deadly orgone) that is blanketed over cities and
populated areas through ELF towers,Haarp etc. into positive orgone.This creates a
hole in their web and allows you to break through to the etheric plane using
meditation. I do not know how exactly the etheric plane works but it does. It is
kind of like something locks onto you in this plane whether it is a network,beast
computer etc.. You then access the etheric plane bringing them with you because
they are attached to you with their technology. They then are subject to etheric
plane justice. I have been attacked daily since December 2002 and am a targeted

Do some research on some of the words and phrases I used on google to get
some information. You will not hear about these things on the dumb-
downed,controlled media. To read these things and do no research on them you
will not have a clue. Just remember the C IA has a bunch of disinfo agents and
spends a lot of money to make sure their websites come up first on google when it
comes to sensitive topics. It is best to get specific when using search engines.
Read the articles and see what works for you. Sorry if I was rambling but I am
trying to get a lot in in one paragraph. Just because it is not on TV does not mean

I’ve been a victim this type of harassment since 2006 and experience everything
that you could imagine. The authorities locally and otherwise have not step in to
help deal with the fact that home was broken into or that my job was effected by
these individual that are either employed by the city or the State Government but

The New York Times recently published a story regarding Gang Stalking and Mind
C ontrol. Itw sa unfortunately written by a Fashion & Style reporter, who spent her
energies on discrediting those of us who seek reassurance from other victims.I am
personally imploring, in a letter, The New York Times to re-examine the issue by
reviewing the science and the St. C lair law suit.

Until you have experienced fully what they are capable of and watched their
every move you can never fully understand how badly they can injure a persons
life remotely. This was done to me for almost a year and a half and they literally
had me delusional and willing to be rushed to the hospital due to implied injuries.
This will stop in my case or me and some statesmen will be having the meeting
they have been trying to avoid for years. That’s right I officially hold this country
at fault for deliberatly attacking me an innocent citizen that has helped them for
years. This is not how you make a good country and never will be. You will hear
more about this technology and all of it’s uses as long as I live to tell about it.

Robert C. Gunn, PhD, Arbor, Michigan, is a an NSA clinical psychologist involved in the
human and Constitutional rights violations of Mind Control. He has committed

Gunn is involved in covert psychological warfare against innocent Americans and other
global citizens. He is among the developers of Psychotronic attacks, which is a highly
advanced, surreal form of mind control that is intended to induce suicide among its

The mind control technology is known as Remote Neural Monitoring.
The technology employs Satellite-delivered (ELF) Extra Low Frequencies to

communicate voice-to-skull transmissions. This produces schizophrenic symptoms.
ELF radio signals are used to communicate with Naval Submarines deep below the
oceans’ surfaces. These frequencies can pinpoint a target anywhere on Earth and can
penetrate water, rock, concrete and other dense matter.
Consider this, the brain is composed of neurons (wires) and is powered by low electrical
currents. Much like insects communicate with non-contact antenna, humans can
communicate with radio transceivers.
Just like each of us has a unique genetic code (DNA) each of has our own distinct radio
frequencies. Find the frequencies and a terror technician can communicate directly to the
brain.
Gunn is part of the development team that created a protocol of torturing victims. For
decades, Gunn worked as a clinical psychologist at the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs
Hospital. There, Gunn deprogrammed World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War
prisoners of war.
Gunn learned the secrets of mind control torture techniques by deprogramming these
POWs. Then, in the 1980′s, Gunn was recruited to work on the Strategic Defense
Initiative, commonly known as the Star Wars program.
He had already been involved in land-based mind control experiments involving mobile
microwave triangulation transmissions.
Gunn and a staff of technicians would isolate a victim and beam radio signals into the
victim’s home.
Now, unbelievably, these attacks are delivered via satellite.
In addition to mind control torture, Gunn and others developed a methodology to produce
remote-delivered body shocks to the groin and elsewhere.
The third component of this torture involves holographic projections and audible
acoustic projections.
Finally, the fourth component of this electronic harassment involves “gang stalking.”
This involves actual incidents of community operatives stalking and spying on neighbors.
Sometimes, the gang stalkers are paid operatives that are equipped with electronic
eavesdropping devices, infrared detectors, ex-ray viewers and directed energy weapons
that fire-off high-energy microwave pulses.
Gunn is involved with a covert unit of the National Security Agency. The unit operates
like Nazi Gestapo agents without regard for human or constitutional rights.
The first reports of these attacks surfaced throughout Michigan and Canadian border
communities.
Michigan is the only state in the nation to enact legislation outlawing this type of
electronic harassment, which lends credibility to the fact that these covert operatives
exist.
The Ada, Michigan-based Amway Foundation is among the many right wing
organizations that help fund this quasi-governmental domestic torture group.
The founders of Amway are the largest contributors to the Bush Family’s so-called New
World Order, which is high-tech offspring of the Michigan Militia.

Gunn and his wife Leah, the Co-Chair of the Washtenaw County Commission, are
involved in local homeless shelter projects. Gunn has conducted psychological interviews
of numerous homeless people and then used the information in his subject experiments.

Remote Neural Monitoring is a form of functional neuroimaging,

claimed [1] to have been developed by the National Security
Agency(NSA), that is capable of extracting EEG data from the human brain

that the NSA has the capablility to decode this data to extract
subvocalizations, visual and auditory data. In effect it allows access to a

Remote Neural Monitoring has its roots in the infamous MKULTRA project
of the 1950s which, although it focussed on drugs for mind control, also
included neurological research into “radiation” (non-ionizing EMF) and
bioelectric research and development. The earliest non-classified
references to this type of technology appear in a 1976 patent by R.G.
Malech Patent #3951134 “Apparatus and method for remotely
monitoring and altering brain waves” USPTO granted 4/20/76. The patent
describes a technique using the transmission of 100 and 210 MHz signals
to the brain yielding a 110 MHz signal which is modulated by the brain
waves and can be detected by a receiver for further processing.

national security activities, proprietary technologies and
covert operations to monitor individual citizens.
The NSA's mission and the NSA's domestic intelligence operation

Communications Intelligence (COMINT) Blanket coverage of all
electronic communications in the U.S. and the world to ensure
national security. The NSA at Ft. Meade, Maryland has had the
most advanced computers in the world since the early 1960's. NSA
technology is developed and implemented in part from private
corporations, academia, and the
general public.
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a

program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly
tapping into computers and tracking persons with the electrical
currents in their bodies. Signals intelligence is based on the
fact that everything in the environment with an electric current
in it has a magnetic field around it which gives off EMF waves.
The NSA/DOD has developed proprietary advanced digital equipment
which can remotely analyze all object whether (tran-maze?) or
organic that have electrical activity.
Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT)
The NSA has records on all U.S. citizens. The NSA gathers
information on U.S. citizens who might be of interest to any of
the over 50,000 NSA agents (HUMINT). These agents are authorized
by executive order to spy on anyone. The NSA has a permanent
National Security Anti-Terrorist surveillance network in place.
This surveillance network is
completely disguised and hidden from the public.
Tracking individuals in the U.S. is easy and can effectively

implemented with the NSA's electronic surveillance network. This
network (DOMINT) covers the entire U.S. and involves thousands
of NSA personnel, and tracks millions of persons simultaneously.
Cost-effective implementation of operations is achieved by NSA
computer technology designed to minimize operations costs.
NSA personnel serve in quasi-public positions in their

communities and run cover business and legitimate businesses
that can inform the intelligence community of persons they would
want to track. NSA personnel in the community usually have cover
identities such as social workers, lawyers, and business owners.
Individual citizens occasionally targeted for surveillance by

independently operating NSA personnel
NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of

individuals in the U.S. by using the NSA's domestic intelligence
network and cover businesses. The operations independently run
by them can sometimes go beyond the bounds of law. Long-term
control and sabotage of tens of thousands of unwilling citizens
by NSA operatives is likely to happen. NSA DOMINT has the
ability to covertly assassinate U.S. citizens or run covert
psychological control operations to
cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.
NSA's domestic electronic surveillance network

As of the early 1960's the most advanced computers in the world
were at the NSA, Ft. Meade. Research breakthroughs with these
computers were kept for the NSA. At the present time the NSA has
advanced technology computers that are 15 years ahead of present
computer technology.
The NSA obtains blanket coverage of information in the U.S. by

using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to
screen all communications, regardless of medium, for key words
that should be brought to the attention of NSA
agents/cryptologists. These computers monitor all communications
at the transmitting and receiving ends. This blanket coverage of
the U.S. is a result of the NSA's Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
mission.
The NSA's electronic surveillance network is based on a cellular

arrangement of devices that can monitor the entire EMF spectrum.
This equipment was developed, implemented and kept secret in the
same manner as other electronic warfare programs.
Signals Intelligence Remote Computer Tampering
The NSA keeps track of all PCs and other computers sold in the
U.S. This is an integral part of the Domestic intelligence
network.
The NSA's EMF equipment can tune in RF emissions from personal

computer
circuit boards (while filtering out emissions from monitors and
power
supplies). The RF emission from PC circuit boards contains
digital information on the PC. Coded RF waves from the NSA's
equipment can resonate PC circuits and change data in the PCs.
Thus, the NSA can gain wireless modem-(?) entry into any
computer in the country for surveillance or anti-terrorist
electronic warfare.
Detecting EMF Fields in Humans for Surveillance
A subject's bioelectric field can be remotely detected, so

subjects can be monitored anywhere they are. With special EMF
equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials
(from EEGs). These can be decoded into a person's brain-states
and thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a
distance.
NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the

Intelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA's computers will
then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours-a-day. The NSA can
pick out and track anyone in the U.S.
NSA Signals Intelligence Use of EMF Brain Stimulation
NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote

Neural
Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMB Brain
Stimulation has been in development since the MK Ultra program
of the early 1950's which included neurological research into
"radiation (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and
development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at
the National Security Archives as "Radiation intelligence"
defined as "information from unintentionally emanated
electromagnetic waves in environment, not including
radioactivity or nuclear detonation."
"Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology

secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs
of the U.S. government. The NSA monitors available information
about this technology and withholds scientific research from the
public. There are also international intelligence agreements to
keep this technology secret.
The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyzes

electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer-
generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all of the
electrical activity in the brain continuously.
The NSA records and decodes individual brain maps (of hundreds
of thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF
Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for
bring-to-computer links. (In military fighter aircraft, for
example.)
For electronic surveillance purposes electrical activity in the
speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject's
verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain's
auditory cortex thus allowing audio communications direct to the
brain (bypassing the ears).
NSA operatives can use this to covertly debilitate subjects by

simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid
schizophrenia.
Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring

can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a
subject's brain and show images from the subject's brain on a
video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance
subject's eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM
can send images direct to the visual cortex, bypassing the eyes
and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this to surreptitiously
put images in a surveillance subject's brain while they are in
R.E.M. sleep for brain-programming purposes.
