CONVENE FOR THE URPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSALS TO

WHEREAS, there are proposals to amend or revise the 1987


Constitution, which is pre ntlyenforced, but any of such proposalscannot be
considered,heard, debate, approvedor disapproved,unlessany of the modes
