List of documents required for Irish Visa:

Two copies of Visa Application filled in original, with photographs attached.

Photographs should be recent, and both should be the same. Available at
www.vfs-ireland.co.in.

Additional Student Visa application form filled in original. Available at www.vfs-

ireland.co.in

Questionnaire. Available at www.vfs-ireland.co.in. Please fill the visa forms very

neatly and in block letters, as this is the first impression on the visa officer
and hence extremely important.

DD of Rs.4,000 in favor of Embassy of Ireland, New Delhi (check the spelling on

the draft).

Passport, with one copy of the full passport, and one copy of the first page.
Passport should be valid till at least six months after you complete the course.

Police Clearance Certificate from Passport Office from where your passport
has been issued. Please note that the time taken to collect this depends on
the passport office – while in Delhi it just takes a day, in some other places it
can take upto a month. So you should apply for this immediately. You may or
may not need to submit your passport to get the PCC, again depending on the
city you are based in. This can also be taken from the office of the
Commissioner of Police.

Acceptance letter

Details of family members residing in Ireland or other EU countries

CV (please mail a soft copy when ready)

Original marksheets AND certificates of Class 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, any
other certificates (please have the originals laminated).

TOEFL / IELTS results (please have the original laminated).

Recommendation letter from current employer – should clearly state the date
from which you are working there.

Affidavit(s) of support from all sponsors on Rs. 10/- stamp paper

Bank statements AND bank certificates for last 12 months – should also have
bank seal and sign on each page of statement.

Same as in (14) for post office and provident fund also.

For Fixed deposits, statement from the company / bank saying that you hold the
FD, and its value etc. Should be typewritten on bank / company letterhead,
and should also have company seal. The name / designation of signing official
should also be clear.

Bank loan paper if any.

CA statement in detail.
Property Evaluation report from registered valuer.

Income tax return papers from each sponsor.

Proof of employment of sponsors with last 4 salary slips

For overseas sponsors, a copy of the passport. In case of overseas sponsors with
an Indian passport, a copy of the visa page and proof of status in that country
is also needed.

Statement of Purpose, highlighting reasons for study and how it would enhance
your future prospects.
