SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
Candidates would be called for personal interview/s based on scrutiny of the online application. Short-listed candidates from the personal interview/s will be required to undergo medical examination. The final selection / Offer of Employment would be based on the candidates performance in Personal Interview, relevance of work experience, being declared as medically fit by BPCL designated Physician and subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria, as applicable.

Upper Age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) and 5 years for PWD categories.

EMOLUMENTS:
Pay, allowances and perquisites are on par with the best in class. The total emoluments include 50% of Basic Pay as Perks & Allowances, Performance Related Pay & 30% of Basic plus DA as superannuation benefits (Provident Fund, Gratuity & New Pension Scheme). The emolument package also includes housing / vehicle loan facilities, medical reimbursement for self / dependant family members, LFA, Holiday home facility, Group Savings Linked Insurance Scheme and more. Pay scales for the current posts are as indexed above. In addition to the Basic, candidates will also receive Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) based on the IDA pattern. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layer)/PWD candidates as applicable will be in line with Government directives.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Only Indian Nationals can apply. Candidates should have passed the qualifying degree in first attempt. First Attempt means the candidate should have passed the qualifying degree within the prescribed period. All the qualifications should be full time regular course/s from Indian Institutes / Universities recognized by AICTE/UGC/AIU scoring minimum 60% marks (relaxable to 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates). Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded, its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application as per norm adopted by the University/Institute. Depending on the requirement, the corporation reserves the right to cancel/restrict/curtail/enlarge the recruitment process, if need so arises, without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof. Candidates presently employed in Central/ State Government, Autonomous bodies and PSUs must submit 'No Objection Certificate' of their employer at the time of interview failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the selection process. Although the place of posting has been mentioned above, services are transferable anywhere in India.
