Clalit Mushlam Platinum Dental care Mushlam Platinum members enjoy dental care throughout their life time! We at Mushlam Platinum are aware of the heavy expenses involved in dental care for the whole family and provide you with benefits which will help you save thousands of shekels a year. Mushlam Platinum members aged 10-18 are entitled to free preventive dental care, including fillings, extractions, root treatments, pit and fissure sealing, etc. Mushlam Platinum members over 18 are entitled to preventive dental care at 70% discount. Mushlam Platinum members are entitled to orthodontic treatment until age 18 at 60% discount and over 18 at 50% discount. Ambulance transportation Mushlam Platinum members requiring emergency evacuation by ambulance carrying a license for public hospital ER (including intensive care transportation) are entitled to receive a refund of 50% of the actual cost, up to NIS 286, twice per calendar year. This applies if they are not hospitalized or eligible for full reimbursement under the National Health Insurance Law. Qualification period: 6 months.
