This paper is offered as a core subject in the fourth trimester. It emphasis the importance of total quality management in all areas or segments of business and organization. Students develop and specialize on the various approaches to quality, problem solving methodology using quality tools. Learning Objectives To assist in developing concepts, knowledge and skills for an integrated approach to Quality Management To expose to the latest tools and techniques in effective decision-making.
