VERSUS ARMINA GUILING DIDA-AGUN: APPEAL CASE NO. [NPS Docket No. XIV-06-INV-09H00075, OCP-Marawi City] For MALVERSATION (Annex A) Dear Secretary De Lima, This is a tracer of my previous communication addressed to you dated September 12, 2010. I dont know if my previous letter, attached herewith as Annex B had reached you because until this date I have not received any reply from your good office yet. I personally visited the Post Office of Marawi and asked them if there were any undelivered letter to my address but they told me none. I appeal to your honor to please resolve the subject pending PETITION FOR REVIEW because I already suffered very much for withholding my salary unjustly from July 2009 up to the present. Frankly speaking, I am not also certain if there were really a PETITION FOR REVIEW filed in your office because on November 04, 2010, no less than HONORABLE JUDGE GAMOR B. DISALO of Branch 8 ordered for the re-instatement of the subject case for reason that in spite of the accused prayer for deferment dated December 17, 2009 on the ground that they intend to file a PETITION FOR REVIEW at the Department of Justice in due time but until November 04, 2010, the accused failed to furnish the Court of the said PETITION FOR REVIEW (see Annex C). Consequently, the court issued a WARRANT OF ARREST on November 11, 2010 (Annex D). Unfortunately, a subsequent order of the court was issued on November 12, 2010 TO RECALL THE ISSUED WARRANT OF ARREST on November 11, 2010 due to the Memorandum with Urgent Motion to Recall Warrant of Arrest attaching therein alleged Appeal under NPS 2000 filed by the accused (see Annex E). In this connection, is this subject Appeal NPS 2000 actually on file at your honourable office? Again, I would be very happy if you can afford me reply care-of to my husbands address below because this time I doubt the services of our Post Office employees of Marawi City. ENGR. BASHER P.
