[NPS DOCKET No. XIV-06INV-10A-00013, OCP-Marawi City] For Violation of R.A 6713 (Annex A) Dear Secretary De Lima, This pertains to my Appealed Petition for Review on the case entitled ARMINA GUILING DIDA-AGUN versus MACAPADO MUSLIM; et. al. : APPEAL CASE NO. [NPS DOCKET No. XIV-06-INV-10A-00013, OCP-Marawi City ] For Violation of R.A 6713 before this Honorable Office of the Ombudsman dated October 7, 2011 (See Annex A). On July 5, 2010, the Honorable City Prosecutors Office of Marawi City ssued the first resolution of this subject case that Respondent DR. MACAPADO A. MUSLIM has Violated Republic Act No. 6713 and an information was about to be filed at the proper court and attached hereto as ANNEX B. On July 16, 2010, the respondent, through counsel, submitted a Motion for Reconsideration of the subject resolution before the Office of the City Prosecutor and attached hereto as ANNEX C, A Motion to Admit Additional Evidence enclosing therein the affidavit of NASSER M. ANDAM, subscribed by ATTY. MACACUNA MOSLEM on August 27, 2010 was consequently filed at the Office of the City Prosecutor without a date when it was actually received at the Office of the City Prosecutor of Marawi and attached hereto as ANNEX D. On September 20, 2010, the Office of the Honorable City Prosecutors Office of Marawi issued a second resolution which REVERSED their first resolution dated July 5, 2010 and DISMISSED the subject case and attached hereto as ANNEX E; On October 14, 2010, the complainant through her counsel late ATTY. CADAR OMAR submitted a Motion for Reconsideration of the second resolution of the Honorable City Prosecutors Office of Marawi dated September 20, 2010 and attached hereto as ANNEX F. On September 28, 2011, the Complainant personally received a copy of the third and final resolution of the subject case by the Honorable City Prosecutors Office of Marawi dated August 23, 2011 and attached hereto as ANNEX G. In this connection, I appeal to your honor to resolve the subject pending Petition for Review because I already suffered very much for the graved misconduct and abused of authority of the Honorable MSU President as you noticed that this subject Petition for Review is in connection with the Appealed PETITION FOR REVIEW of the case entitled BULINGAN SAMPORNA HADJI SIRAD, ET.AL. versus ARMINA GUILING DIDA-AGUN: APPEAL CASE NO. [NPS Docket No. XIV-06-INV-09H-00075, OCP-

Marawi City] For MALVERSATION which was Promulgated and Dismissed before this Honorable Office on September 08, 2011 ( See Annex H). Furthermore, I am praying before this Honorable Office for the favourable and immediate Resolution of the subject Petition for Review pending at your honourable office since October 7, 2010 and to forward the same before the Honorable Office of the Sandiganbayan or to the Honorable Office of the Ombudsman.

against DR. BULINGAN SAMPORNA HADJI SIRAD et. al, OIC of MSU-LNCAT, Marawi City for Malversation and Illegal Use of Public Funds or Property. In a resolution dated November 13, 2009, the City Prosecutors Office of Marawi City issued information for the filing of charges against DR. BULINGAN SAMPORNA HADJI SIRAD et. al for violation of Article 220 of the Revised Penal Code. (See Annex A) Consequently, on December 2, 2009 the accused through counsel filed a Motion to defer PROCEEDINGS of CRIM. CASE NO. 6169-09. (See Annex B) On January 5, 2010, Judge RASAD BALINDONG of RTC 12 th Judicial Region Branch 8 ordered the proceeding of CRIM. CASE NO. 6169-09 suspended due to a MARE INTENTION of the accused to file a petition for review at DOJ in due time. (see Annex C) On January ___ , 2010, the accused filed a formal PETITION FOR REVIEW at the Department of Justice, Manila. (see Annex D) In view of the above, I would be very happy if you can enlighten me on the status of my case which is pending at your office since January 2010 and further pray for the favourable and immediate resolution of the same. Please be informed also that from July 2009 to the present, the accused withheld my salary waiting for the final resolution of this subject case.
