The purpose of the marketing is to communicate the information regarding the product as a result it will generate the demand for need fulfillment to be met through production of services & goods. Marketing communication has two main factors i.e. The Offer & The Inquiry. The Offer (Expression) Offer is mainly concerned with the process of providing the information about the products & business to the targeted group of people in an effectively & efficiently manner The Inquiry. (Impression) The objective of Inquiry in marketing communication is to learn about the others interests and values. This action should logically precede the promotion of a view point relating to the product or service desirability and relating to the customer satisfaction. Marketing Communication Process The Marketing Communication process is a universal model in communicating the message and can include sender, receiver medium, and feedback. However the universal model needs modification so that its relevance to the marketing is understood. The purpose of marketing communication can clearly described through the hierarchy of communication effect.
