Subject: Job Fair for Permanent and Temporary positions in IT and non-IT companies at Bangalore.
Dear Students,
Team-Lease, a reputed Staffing company of national and international repute along with Meta_I a professionally notable
Assessment company would be conducting a Job-Fair for all qualified IGNOU learners at the above mentioned cities at their respective
Regional Centers on the following dates (Sunday) as per programme schedule given below.

Bangalore: 05-04-09 (list pasted below)

Programme Schedule

Time Activities
09:00 to 10:00 Hrs Registration of Participants. (Rs.150/)
10:00 to 10:15 Hrs Joint Session: Students would be informed on current employment scenario
during recession period and ways to counter it.
10:15 to 11:00 Hrs Skill Mapping/Skill Assessment
11.00 to 11.15 Hrs Tea Break
11:15 to 12:30 Hrs Individual Counselling and Guidance.
12:30 to 13:30 Hrs Test performance report and analysis of results. Candidates short listed.
13:30 to 14:00 Hrs Refreshment Break
14:00 to 18:00 Hrs Short-listed candidates proceed to meet clients for interview
14:00 to 15:00 Hrs Candidates not short-listed will proceed to receive further Advice,
Counselling and Guidance for future Job-Fairs.

All eligible and interested candidates may Walk-In along with their latest Resume, supporting documents and a passport size photograph

Venue location: Bangalore------ Regional Centre.

Selection procedure:

• All candidates will be pre-screened and mapped for assessing their employability skills by Meta-I Technologies through a Skill Assessment
test of 45’ duration.
• A brief counseling session (from11.15-12.30) will assist learners in identifying their strengths and weaknesses. They will be advised to
align their goals and aspirations to their aptitude, attitude and other behavioral traits.
• Interview rounds would be conducted for short-listed candidates by the hiring teams of different companies for varied job profiles across
domains and verticals for arriving at best-fits for final hiring.
• Candidates not short-listed for interviews will be advised to get back into the loop for receiving further counseling and advice for future
placement drives.

Advise to all Candidates:

Kindly dress professionally as you would be facing an interview. Male candidates may wear white shirt and black trousers,
while female candidates may wear formal ethnics or indo-western outfit.
