QUESTIONS NUMBER 1-30 PERTAINS TO THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A GUIDANCE PERSONNEL WHEREIN: Question number 1-10 for the ADMINISTRATOR/PRINCIPAL Question number 11-20 for the GUIDANCE COUNSELOR Question number 21-30 for the TEACHER

II. ANALYSIS
I conducted a survey regarding the duties and responsibilities of guidance personnel which is the administrator, guidance counselor and teacher. I listed 30 responsibilities of them wherein choices number 1-10 refers to the duties and responsibilities of the administrator/principal, hence 11-20 pertains to the role and duties of guidance counselor and 21-30 refers to the role and responsibilities of a teacher. The administrator of Bettbien High School in which I conducted my survey chose 9 out of 10 responsibilities of a principal correctly. But he also selected three duties of a guidance counselor and chose one responsibility of a teacher. I conclude that the administrator of the school distinguished his duties as a principal although he exceed with the functions of the guidance counselor and a teacher. The guidance counselor preferred one duty of the administrator. Selected 5 out of 10 of her responsibilities as a guidance counselor and she picked 9 out of 10 role and responsibilities of a teachers, wherein I may interpret this that the guidance counselor of the school need to be familiarized to her function because she chose nine duties of a teacher and only 5 duties of a guidance counselor. The eight teachers which answered the survey chose also the duties and responsibilities of a principal and guidance counsellor. But they also select the role and functions of a teacher. Therefore I may interpret their answered that almost all of them must be aware and familiarize with their duties as a teacher. They need enough training in order to implement the proper interventions needed by an individual and be competent enough for the betterment and improvement of each student.
