Natural Quartz Crystal: crystal healing and energy

Quartz crystal points and quartz crystal clusters should be in every home to bring harmony to the life force in the home. Quartz crystals are used for:

Healing

Meditation Chakra Balancing Protection Changing bad vibrations

Quartz crystals are used in expanding the mind to touch the spirit world. Crystals are used to enhance the beneficial life force. Crystal water (water that a quartz crystal has been placed) has been drunk for its healthy benefits for centuries. Some people think crystals are new age. How can something that has been used since cave living man be new age? It has been said Atlantis was destroyed by the incorrect use of quartz crystals. Edgar Cayce spoke about an energy stone in Atlantis. Mr. Cayce's description of the energy stone fits quartz crystal. The Bible mentions many gemstones, including quartz. There is much disagreement on the stones used in the Breastplate of Aaron (Ex. 28). In some translations of the Bible the sixth stone, which is the third stone of the second row is the diamond. Some scholars believe the sixth stone is rock crystal or quartz crystal. The diamond was not used until about 800 B.C.

Color Energy - food for your emotions We are all moved by color whether we are aware of it or not. Most of us know that warm colors (reds and oranges) can stimulate and spur us into action while the cooler colors (blues and violets) serve to calm and relax us.

Color could be characterized as food for our emotions. Color can increase a sense of well-being, lift the spirits, create a serene setting in which to explore oneself or clarify solutions to everyday problems. In order to understand how different colors impact your emotions, it is first necessary to understand the actual source of color - light and energy... Color actually exists in the mind Our ability to perceive color comes about because our eyes have light and colorsensitive receptors. These receptors are called rods (receptive to amounts of light) and cones (sensitive to colors). Being able to see color is a sensation, like smelling freshly baked cookies or tasting a sour lemon. The smell or taste of

these things differ for each person, and likewise, no color is seen exactly the same by two people, because each person's rods and cones vary. Therefore, the colors you see truly exist in your own mind. Light travels in the form of a wave. Light is basically photons (pieces of energy or particles) that travel in the form of a wave. White light, or the light from the sun, is recognized by its wavelength. Waves have high and low points, and the distance between one of those highs and lows and the next is called a wavelength.

The length of the wave determines the amount of energy that it has. For example, a long wave has a low amount of energy or low frequency, and a short wave has a high amount of energy or high frequency.

The colors that we see in a rainbow are actually the wavelengths of thevisible color spectrum... The wavelengths that you can see: Only a fraction of waves that pass through the earth's atmosphere are able to be seen by the human eye. These fall within the 'visible light spectrum'. When combined, all of the wavelengths in visible light create a colorless white light. There are waves that are not perceptible by the human eye. These waves exist above and below the visible spectrum. Waves called radio, microwave, and infrared are below the red end of the spectrum, and ultraviolet (UV), x-rays, and gamma rays are above the violet. These comprise the "invisible" spectrum. Together, the visible and invisible spectrums make up what is called the electromagnetic spectrum:

How a light wave becomes a color There are three things that can happen to a light wave. It can be

reflected, absorbed, or transmitted.

How a light wave reacts (as above) under various conditions as it travels through space and the atmosphere form the basis of the color we perceive a particular object to be, such as a leaf, an apple or your favorite scarf. For example, for an object to appear black, it means that all the wavelengths of light hitting that object are being absorbed; no light is reflected. Solid objects, for the most part, will reflect light, and transparent objects will transmit light through them. You can see how light transmission works by holding a piece of white paper behind a glass of red juice. If light is shining on the glass, you will see that the 'white' paper will appear to be red. The red color of the juice is being transmitted onto the paper. The color of anything depends on the type of light sent to our eyes; light is necessary if we are to have any perception of color at all. An object is "colored," as stated above, because of the light it reflects - all other colors are absorbed into that specific object. So then, an apple appears red because it reflects red light. White light from the sun contains all the possible color variations of seven basic colors. These colors of the visible spectrum are often remembered as ROY G. BIV: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. The energy of our sun's light waves Our sun emits its radiation in this visible range, which our eyes interpret as the

colors of the rainbow. Now that you understand where color comes from, we can explore the power of color and how you can use it to create different types of energy around you... The Trinity of Primary Colors

There are three primary colors unfolded in the white light. These are Red, Yellow and Blue. These colors correspond with the three basic elements hydrogen, carbon and oxygen. The three-fold power of the Primary Colors make a direct energy contribution towards our physical, mental and spiritual development. The Blue Ray (cooling) is assimilated by the spiritual center in the head. It awakens within a knowledge of divinity. We WILL in blue - INTENTION. The Yellow Ray stimulates mental growth by way of the brain. We THINK in yellow - WISDOM. The Red Ray (thermal) provides sustenance for the physical body, gaining entrance by way of the breath. We FEEL in red - ACTIVITY.
Blue = SPIRITUALITY Blue is the color of distance - oceans, skies, the heavens. The energy of blue helps us to look beyond the immediate environment, expanding our perceptions towards the unknown. Blue is the color of Divinity. It brings:

Orange is a dynamic energy like red but more thoughtful and controlled. Orange brings about:

Green = LIFE, BALANCE, NATURE

green energy stones

Indigo = INFINITY

Indigo amplifies the energy of blue in a profound way. At a physical level, while blue is calming, indigo is sedating. It deepens and turns blue energy inward. The indigo ray symbolizes the bridge between the finite and the infinite and opens the door to the mystical

borderland. While blue energy is fast, Indigo energy is more often lightening fast.
indigo energy stones

Violet = HIGHEST ELEMENT OF SPIRITUAL MASTERY

Violet is the ray of spiritual mastery. It is the highest and most subtle specialization of light, being at the opposite end of the color spectrum to red. It should be viewed as both a completion as well as a beginning of the energy vibration beyond the visible color spectrum. Violet is a combination of both red and blue and this is key to understanding this color. It brings a stabilizing energy to the franticness of red. It lends practicality to the undirected spaciousness of blue.

When doing any ritual one must know the exact thing that is wanted. I repeat the exact wish must be stated very clearly. Let's do an example of a love ritual. The exact type of love must be stated. If the performer wants a very binding and lasting love of one person then a blue Sapphire and a green candle should be used. If a young warm love is wanted a Rose Quartz and a red candle is used. A deeply passionate love will need a Garnet and orange candle to be effective.

To bind the love of a family together a Carnelian and a pink candle will be used. The love of God or a spiritual love will need an Amethyst and a pink candle. For a romance with someone from a past life use a Turquoise and a black candle. If marriage is the aim use an Emerald and a white candle.

Ancient astrologers divided the zodiac into twelve equal parts, naming each after a constellation in that area of the sky. These twelve divisions make up the twelve signs of the zodiac. As the earth orbits the sun during the year, the sun appears from earth to move along a line relative to the fixed stars. This line is called the ecliptic, and the band that extends to about eight degrees either side of this line is the zodiac.
Horoscope

A horoscope is a prediction of someone's possible future based on the relative positions of these planets. It can also be referred to as a diagram of the positions of the planets and signs of the zodiac at a particular time and place. Interpreting a horoscope involves consideration of the positions of the planets and the houses, and the angles made by the planets to each other (aspects). The signs of the zodiac provide the framework in which the planets interact. By knowing the constellation that the sun was in at the time of birth, one can discover common charac teristics to people born under a specific sun sign (also called your birth sign, or star sign). By charting the positions of the planets, and their relationships to each other for a specific time period, one can reasonably predict some things about the future. This is best done by a qualified astrologer who has studied the many factors that go into creating an individual astrology chart.
