DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review the awarded contract in terms of scope of work, obligations to the client, schedules, and provided design and engineering solution. 2. Attend both technical and commercial meetings with clients, vendors & sub-contractors prepare the agenda in order to discuss action plans, proposals ad to negotiate viable engineering and commercial issues and solutions. 3. Prepare the list of deliverables such as detailed design drawings, computation, procedures, BOM, implementation and testing schedule, etc... according to contract, which is then submitted to the client for their review and approval. 4. Co-ordinate with the other Engineering team who will handle the assigned system and discuss with them the required action plans and committed schedules. 5. Organize weekly review meetings with the engineering and project management team to discuss progress achieved to date as well as a forecast for the following week in addition to any other issues which need to be resolved. 6. Review and approved the deliverables prepared by the engineering team and to make sure it will comply with the client's requirement, specifications and standards. 7. Co-ordinate with the procurement team for delivery of equipment and materials in order to monitor the status of equipment delivery by the supplier and organize weekly review meetings to verify the status and take corrective action as required. 8. Conduct the System start up and initial verification 9.
