Description: Kroger is one of the USAs largest retail grocery chains, celebrating its 128 th anniversary in 2011. The company operates over 4600 supermarkets, fuel centres, and convenience and jewellery stores in 31 states under two dozen local banners. There are approximately 1500 internal IT associates who support a large variety of both custom developed and COTS applications. Being a part of SOA Specialized Testing team, i worked primarily on integration testing of the Kroger legacy application using iTKO LISA & other 3rd party tools. Expertise on creating the SOA Automation scripts & Reusable components for the testing of Web Services, MQ etc. And also contributed towards the migration of LISA from 4.6.3 to 5.0.28. Working on Retail projects based on Integration/middleware levels using iTKO Lisa for US retail giant Kroger. CitiDirect is a Corporate Banking Application for the corporate clients/users to carryout transactions like PAYMENTS, TRADING, DIRECT DEBITS etc. PAYMENTS Application helps in initiating/processing Payment Transactions and FILE IMPORTS Application in Batch Payments (XML) processing. Transaction validations were done in Payments Application GUI, Database. Payment ACKs, NACKs (Acknowledgements), Response files, SWIFT, XML messages validated using MQ logs. Load level tool is an intranet application mainly involved to ensure uniform distribution of work to front office implementation advisors. Over a period of time, the load level process evolved to capture the various requirements of different sites in terms of skill set, availability and targets. The load level tool contains the 6 modules. Intake specialist(IS),Super admin(SA), IA Manager(IAM),IA(Implementation Advisor), Request Allocator (RA), Request Allocator Manager (RAM).These factors completely driven by tool across all time zones and all regions in the world that the Techo2 operates.

Responsibilities: Involved in designing test cases based on S.R.S and Test Plan. Detecting the bugs and classifying them based on the severity and reporting.
