The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such canellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate ,provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier.

Note:-

(1) The Maximum age limit is relaxable up to 45 years with usual relaxation allowable under KS & SSR Rules 1958 for those who are working in the regular service of the Board. They Should obtain a service certificate to the effect that they are working in the Board on regular basis and shall produce the same as and when required by the commission. This concession is not applicable to provisional basis. those working in the Board on

(2) The provisional hands working in the above concern will be given age relaxation to the extent to their provisional service put in subject to maximum of five years form the upper age limit provided they are within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the above concern. But the regular employees of the concern are not eligible for the above concession for further appointment. The provisional hands should obtain a certificate showing the period of their provisional Service in the concern and shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission. It would also be clearly specified in the certificate that they were not working in the regular service of the concern (for other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see para 2(i),(ii),(iii),(iv) & (xii) of the General Condition.) (3) The retrenched employees of the Kerala Fisheries Corporation will be given age relaxation as stipulated in the G.O (Rt.) No.1942/84/PW dated 31.12.1984 to the extent of their service subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years. These candidates will also be given preference in the matter of recruitment among other candidates with equal marks. Such candidates should obtain a certificate from the Managing Director, Kerala Fisheries Corporation Limited to prove their length of service in the company and the date of retrenchment and produce the same as and when required by the Commission. 7 Qualification:1.General Educational Qualification 1. : Technical Qualifications:

SSLC or its equivalent.

3 Diploma in Eletrical engineering of a recognised Institution after 3 years Course of Study. OR Diploma in Electronics and Communication. OR

(b) A Certificate in Eletrical Engineering from any one of the recognised Technical School Shown below with five years service under the KSEB.

City and Guilds London: Examination in Eletrical Engineering in A/C and D/C of intermediate or final grade. Krishna Rajendra Technological Institute (2 years Course) S.M.T School overseers-certificate in Electrical and Mechanical

Engineering (2 years course) (iv) Certificate in Electrical (2 years) (v) (vi) (vii) Certificate in Eletrical Engineering C.N.T Institute Madras (2 years course) Certificate obtained form P.S.G Institute Coimbatore (2 years course) Electricians course certificate, college of Engineering, Kolkata. (2 years course) Industrial School, Kozhikode. MGTE/KGTE Group Certificate in Eletrical Engineering 4 (Four) Subjects viz. Electrical lights and power (Higher) Applied Mechanics (Lower) Heat Engines (Lower) and Machnie Drawing (Lower). (x) (xi) (xii) Departmental 3 years apprentice course training and pass in the final Examination. Craftsman Certificate from Industrial Training Centre as Electrician, wireman or Line man. Certificate of Grade II proficiency Test in the Trade of Electrician under Technical Training Scheme (Demob) 4 OR (c) MGTE / KGTE in Electrical light and power (Higher ) with five years experience as II nd Grade Overseer (Electrical) under the Board.
