Albuquerque, NM (May 4, 2009) – Internet For Lawyers, the country’s pre-eminent provider of live continuing legal

partnered with the Cincinnati Bar Association to present two of its popular live “The Cybersleuth’s Guide to the Internet”
MCLE presentations on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Nationally recognized Internet trainers and ABA authors (The Lawyer's

Rosch, will show attendees how to be their own cybersleuth and unearth information at no cost (or at low cost!) on the
Internet.

Effective Internet searching should be a part of every lawyer's due diligence routine. From 9 AM until 12:15 PM, “Super
Search Engine Strategies for the Legal Professional” will explore the best search engine strategies (including
advanced search features at Google and other search engines) to help attendees meet their research obligations. These
search engine strategies also serve as the essential building blocks for conducting effective research at other Web sites.
The program also addresses the lawyer’s "duty to google" and court decisions where attorneys were admonished (and lost
cases) because they failed to include effective Internet research as part of his due diligence process.

Because a lawyer's research involves much more than just finding cases and statutes, knowing how to mine the wealth of
information that people post on the Web can be a boon to attorneys who need to find background information about a
person or to locate a subject. Whether it’s a transactional lawyer looking for information on a company, a consumer
attorney tracking down a defective product, a matrimonial attorney searching for a spouse's assets, or a litigator looking for
a missing witness, the Internet can be an indispensable source of information. From 1:15 PM until 4:30 PM,
“Investigative Research The Cybersleuth Way” will focus on locating and extracting that information from specific Web
sites. The seminar will also include a special focus on locating information contained in Social Networking sites and ways
legal professionals have used that information to benefit their cases.
