limited company under the name oI Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited with eIIect

Iorging steel and all other types oI Ierrous and non-Ierrous metals and products

Presently, CIAL has an installed capacity oI 100,000 TPA Ior processing and

oI power which have since been demerged under a scheme oI demerger oI the

The company was incorporated in Jun 6, 2001 to take up the National
Highways Authority oI India (NHAI) project (NH-4) Irom 29.5 Km to 62 Km
(Neelamangala-Tumkur section), on BOT Basis. The company completed the
construction 6 months ahead oI its schedule and started toll collection in the
month oI February 2004. The concession period granted by NHAI is up to July
2021. The Group has securitized the deIerred toll receivables oI next 11 years

plant at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The total capacity would be 119,401
tpa oI Ferro manganese and 61,406 tpa oI silico manganese. The total project
cost oI Rs 554 Crores and is being Iinanced by debt equity ratio oI 2:1. The
AFL has achieved Iinancial closure and the disbursement has started in October
2009.

The total project cost is estimated oI Rs 1,644 Crores and is being Iinanced
by debt equity ratio oI 4:1. The Debt oI the project has been In-Principally
Underwritten by UCO bank.

alloted captive coal mine Irom Mahuagarhi Coal Block.
The total project cost is estimated oI Rs 7413 Crores and is being Iinanced

will be undertaken with NHAI Contribution (Grant) oI Rs. 150.85 Crores and
Promoter Contribution oI Rs. 75.43 Crores.

proposed project. AISL proposes to set up a BeneIiciation Plant and Pellet
Plant oI 1.2 MTPA respectively at Saraikela Kharsawan, Jharkand.
