1. Patch 1 (release V3.4.0) This patch 1 provides corrections on PSL (Programmable Scheme Logic) as well as some bug correction issues. - It has to be installed only on the V3.4.0 Schneider Branded version. 2. HOW TO INSTALL Download the patch 1 zip file from our web site and store it in a temporarily folder. Using a common explorer, select the folder and run the exe file: Follow the information from the Installshield Wizard. Wait until the completion of the installation: click on Finish button. You may need to reboot your computer if required by the system. Please note that if the installation of the Patch 1 is successful you should get the below information on the Splash Window:

3. BUG FIXED

General bug issues :

946: When printing from Studio, the margins printed do not correspond to the settings in the Page Setup dialog. 2106: Both data model manager does support correctly devices if their device name starts with another character as 'P'. This causes that it is not possible to select individual device versions for e.g. C434 as you can do it for a e.g. P437. All devices have to be supported in the same manner. 2270: If the FNumber cannot be retrieved from any device this devices shall be processed in full manner without any restriction. 2332: Even though English only is selected in the Select Languages page the Px30 model versions are listed in the Select Models page as language 'de'. Where English only is selected in the Select Languages page then the model versions in the Select Models page should be listed as language 'en'. Where English and German are selected in the Select Languages page then the model versions in the Select Models page should be listed as 'en,de' and not just 'de'. 2366: The Options dialog contains a check box labeled 'Check index version'. The function of the check box is not clear, and also it should default to the ticked state. Please implement the following: 1. Default the check box to the ticked state. 2. Rename the check box 'Perform compatibility check with the ftp site'. 3. Add explanatory text underneath the check box as follows: '(This option should normally always be checked.)' 2615: I had a system open named "P941". When I did 'Rename' and changed the name to P941a", and presses OK, I got the following message: Error during renaming the storage

3068: Noticed duplicate menu items in Language editor.

3071: Added improvements in language selection for DNP3 data models, especially for the case when one or more languages for particular data model is not available. 3074: Not able to delete comment from the properties window. Only able to replace. 3075: Open the settings page. -> try to change comment in the properties window An Error message shows, cannot change name even though the user tries to change the comment. 3077: In order to uninstall a patch, customers could install the previous full version of S1 Studio. This will not affect any of the customer data including data models or system files. 3078: The menu item 'page Setup' is not working even though it is active. If it is active it has to perform the intended operation else the menu item should be disabled.

Cyber Security issues:

3011: Warning about non NERC-Compliant passwords. Studio use two similar, but not the same warnings when user enters non NERC-Compliant password. In the documentation there is following warning message: "The change of password was successful but the password provided does not comply with NERC recommendations. To comply with NERC recommendations the password should be six or more characters in length and have at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one digit and one of the following special characters: ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * : ; < =>?@[\]^_`+,-./ If you wish to comply with the NERC recommendations please provide a new password."

3045: After logging in to Courier device, which have been added to the system, and changing name of that system list of unlocked devices is not handled correctly. When user tries to close system, and "Log off active devices" dialog appears. It is not possible to log off device in this dialog. Each try returns "operation failed" message. Using "Log off" option from device's context menu does log off device, but it does not remove device from list of logged in devices, so next time user tries to close system "Log off active devices" dialog reappears. 3055: AE2R cannot connect to device when device is connected via Ethernet and Studio isn't installed.
