In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal Pradeshis pleasedto make the following rules further to amend Central Civil Services ( Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1972 in their application to the State of Himachal Pradesh,namely:Short title and commencement 1. (1)
These rules ,may be called the Central Civil Services

(Leave Travel

Concession)

Atnendment Rules, 2010. They I shall come into force from' the date of their publication in RAJP A T&~ Himachal Pradesh. Insertion of New Rule 15(A)~

( 2)

After rule 15 of the CCS (Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1972, the following new rule 15 (A) shall be inserted, namely :All employees shall be permitted to encash 10 days earned leave at the time of availing of Leave Travel Concession, subjectto the conditions that :Contd. P/2-

and

(d) the period of leave encashed shall be deducted from the quantum of leave that can be normally encashed by him! her at the time of superannuation. BY ORDER
