INTRODUCTION

This project is about: "freezer table" which is a new product made up to facilitate daily life, because it is composed of a table and a cooler, and in that way people will always have cold drinks on hand without having to stand up and bring ice, for example in meetings or parties is sometimes annoying to have to stand up and get some more ice and lost the coexistence. In this work we have written the main characteristics of the product, with the purpose of make the product known, it presents its principal objectives and the materials which it is made, and also its advantages and specially the novelty that it is. The product is designed to make one of the activities that people most do that is hanging out together and not be interrupted by the fact of not having the resources at hand in this case the ices. This is not a sophisticated product in its elaboration but it is very practical and easy for people.

NAME

FREEZER TABLE

DESCRIPTION

The table is going be in form of cube. It will be made with glass and wood, at the top of the table is going have a box of glass where is going have the freezer. Also the doors of the freezer are going be at the top of the table and they are going be slide. In the bottom of the table is going have a little space to keep things like glasses, or whatever people want to keep there. The approx. sizes are 60 x 60 inches and the height is going be 50 inches. The color of the table is going be able in different colors as well the form.

SLOGAN

With Freezer table you will always have cold drinks.

LOGOS JUSTIFICATION
The logo of freezer table consists on a little drawing of a table that has a similar design of ours. At the right side shows the name that is freezer table and below of all that it shows the slogan that is always cold drinks. We put colors like blue and black. We chose blue because this color can represents the ice of the freezer and we chose black because is a color that stand out the letters and it is easier to read it. Our logo shows the principal idea of our product also it is easy to understand it.

MISSION

Our mission is to innovate and change the concept of the tables, we are a company that will sell a new concept and style of the parties, we will exceed the expectations of consumers, and we are a quality company.

VISION

We make the product facilitates coexistence between people doing the easiest way to cool your drinks and to have them within the reach of your hands. The concept of our company is that families and friends to spend unforgettable moments at parties, we care about your comfort, while we are a pioneer in the creation of this product, we will be shortly moving product throughout the country.

JUSTIFICATION

The table is a unit whose mission is to provide a high level surface soil, with multiple uses, such as the work on it, rely on it, eating or placing objects. A variable number of legs (often four), which will provide high, usually found embedded in a structure that sits on a board, the upper surface plays the primary role. The board can have different shapes (square, rectangular, oval, circular, triangular, etc.) Based on the dedication of the table to a specific use or occupation, or simply fashion and designer tastes. The lower space is often exploited by installing shelves or drawers, but must respect the legroom of the person who will make use of the table while sitting. Having the convenience of having fresh drinks and always will have a compartment on the table to hold ice to put the glasses, drinks and sometimes cold food, without having the hassle of going to be rising for more ice.

SHORT TERM OBJETIVE

We want to present our new product in Tuxtla Gutierrez. First we expect to have good results on sales to satisfy our customers expectation and to get our product enter to the market of this city. We want to sell the product in commercial stores of this city, such as: Liverpool, Walmart and office depot.

MEDIUM TERM OBJETIVE

Once established in the market in the city of Tuxtla Gutierrez, we are looking to increase customer demand by introducing the product and opening our own stores in other cities in the state of Chiapas like San Cristobal de las Casas, Tapachula, Palenque, etc; in order to meet the needs of the customers living in those cities directly and so avoid them to go to the capital for purchasing the product.

LONG TERM OBJETIVE

The purpose of this product is in a few years that position as one of the best coffee tables for all event and not only for grilled within a short time we will be moving around the state and the advertising requirements to the whole country.

PROCEDURE
The table is one of the most used furniture in the house. We obviously need it in the dining room, on the terrace or backyard, in the kitchen, in our bedrooms to do our homework, etc. No matter if its indoor or outdoor, whether it is a big or small space, we will always need it. There are many ways to build a table, the one we are showing in this project it is made of board. The table we are going to build is about 60cm lengths x 60cm width x 70cm height. The protective cover is going to be made with the union of several glasses forming a glass box where you will be able to put certain quantity of ice and place your drinks to keep them fresh. The base is wooden made with compartments to put a pitcher, glasses and some wine cup. We start the procedure of making the table by removing the wood and sorting boards by size and thickness. Next, we do a first general sanding. We measure and mark the boards more 'distinguished', which will form the top of the table. The tool used to cut the boards will be the jigsaw. However, with thick woods may be easy or feasible to use a handsaw to avoid fatigue. We choose the thicker beams of wood to make the table legs. After cutting them to the desired height, we use a tool called electric planer to match the wood We cut four wooden in a rectangle shape with appropriate lengths and widths. We create a rectangular box using wood glue and screws. After this, we screw the top, center and bottom of the base for stability and to prevent twisting pedestal. Countersink the screws and use wood putty to hide. Cut to the pedestal base, making it wider than the box thereof. The wider, more stability will table.

Cut a square of heavy-duty felt slightly smaller than the base, and glue to the bottom of this. This will protect the ground from damage and hide the screws used to assemble the base of the pedestal of the table. Centering the pedestal on the base and from the underside of the latter, screwed through the base and into the pedestal. Uses a minimum of two screws per side. Creates a protective pedestal table cutting another piece of wood of the desired size. The top plate can be the same size as the base, or just large enough to cover the pedestal, whichever you prefer. Screwed through the lid and into the pedestal. Hazel the screws and fill with wood putty. Tables should have a solid structure, which hold the cover glass was put after building the base. After sanding, the table is ready for the final finish is varnished. After two coats with a light sanding between, the table is ready to take the best shade of the garden where exceptional services provided.

Silicone: We will use silicone to stick the glass

Cloves: We will use cloves to nail the wood

Paint Can: We will paint the Wood

Our product was created for the coexistence of families and friends to make meetings more practical and fun, it can be used from people of 15 years or more, the advantage of our product is that is unique and innovative, the talks will not be interrupted, because of going for a drink.

CONCLUSION

Frezzer table is a new product that will facilitate the coexistence between people, it is very practical and easy to use and as we present this work, freezer table is a table with a cooler, it is a simple product and its elaboration is not so hard so the product will not be very costly, and this means that most of the people that like or need it, they will easily get it without any problem. The Product is expected to successfully reach the needs of its users and we hope that it will sold successfully in the market. In this work we presented the most important points of our product "freezer table" to make it known, and we hope that everyone with the opportunity to read this really like it.
