The True Day of Rest He who loves me keeps my words (Red letters do not record)

The Bible and Resting Every day belongs to our Lord, but only one day is holy. All the money belongs to our Lord, but only the tithe is holy. Satan has made it his task to trample on the concepts that God has instituted, falsifying them and making them so close to the originals that the average person cannot tell the difference between what is true and what is false. Among these forgeries is the day of rest. Which is the true one? Which is the one that has value and that is accepted? Bills possess characteristics that make them original, such as rough surfaces, color shift, security thread, holograms, and others, in addition to the fact that... they are the ones made by the government. First the original comes out, and then comes the copy. This is the process of forgery. In the case of the day of rest, the first and original one was Saturday, and then it was moved to Sunday. Surprised? The true day of rest is Saturday, not Sunday. Does this change have authorization from the government of God? Lets see some of the arguments Those who defend Sunday say: -Christ changed it -It is not necessary to observe it -Every day is the same -We are under the grace not the law Matthew 28:1 Mark 16:2 Mark 16:9 Luke 24:1 John 20:1 John 20:19 Acts 20:7 1st Corinthians 16:2 Those who defend Saturday say: -Matt 5:17-19 (Jesus didnt change it, he established it) -John 15:10 (Those who love Jesus observe it) -Mark 2:28 (Jesus is the lord of a specific day) -Romans 3:31 (The grace is not a license to sin...) Here we can place biblical quotes because they exist in the case of Sunday there are no quotes; the arguments are sophisms and salads of biblical texts that generally have nothing to do with the topic. (without context)

-Sunday is mentioned 8 times in the New Testament -Saturday is mentioned 59 times. We must say that none of these quotes regarding Sunday states or suggests that Saturday was changed to Sunday. (See part 2) Lets follow the timeline of the Bible and what it says and applies to Saturday, from the beginning to the end of the world and beyond Origin of rest We start from Genesis, in the creation of the world, on the sixth day the heavens and the earth were finished: Genesis 2:3: And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. Many say that Saturday was for the Jewish. How many Jewish were there in the Garden of Eden? None. Adam and Eve represented humanity and this was confirmed by Jesus when he was on Earth. Mark 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: 28Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath. There is proof that the sabbath was known to Noah: after 7 days it started to rain Gen 7:4, and every seven days he would send a dove to see if the waters had receded Gen 8:10. Later on with Moses in the desert, God emphasized the importance of the seventh day as a day of rest: a double ration of manna was provided on the sixth day, and there was none on the seventh. This weekly miracle lasted 40 years, in other words, more than 2,000 successive sabbaths.

When God writes the Ten Commandments with his own finger, the day of rest is instituted like so: Exodus 20:8 Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work. The word remember is used because man already knew since creation that the sabbath had the sanctity that God granted it, it is a reminding monument of the creator and of creation. Exodus 31:18 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed Rest for all From then on, the prophets call the people, Jews and Gentiles, to observe the day of rest . Isaiah 26:2-6 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil. 3 Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD and take hold of my covenant 6Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant 7Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people. As we see here, from the beginning of the world, the sabbath was never just for the Jews. God blesses he or she who follows his instruction." Isa 58:13 "If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: 14Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. Through Isaiah, God also said which day would be kept in heaven: Isa 66:22,23 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. 23And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD". Who changed it? However, Satan could not stand still; through the prophet Daniel, God foretold this and said who was going to change the day of rest. Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. This Biblical quote indicates that it would be an apostate power that would make the change, thus, it cant be Jesus, or the apostles, as some suggest. This is why at the beginning we said that the only 8 biblical texts that speak of the first day of the week, never state, nor even suggest the change of the sanctity of Saturday. Luke 4:16 and Acts 17:2 say that it was the custom of Jesus and Paul to get together on Saturday. Acts 13: verses 14, 42 and 44 registered meetings with foreigners, non Jewish, on Saturday. Who changed it then? Mathew 5:17 says that Jesus didnt come to change the law. Daniel 7:25 speaks of a power that would. It was in the year 321 when the Roman emperor Constantine issued the decree that legally changed Saturday for the venerable day of the pagan sun, Sunday. Corpus, Juris Civilis, book 3, tit.12. Encyclopedias also attribute the change to Constantine, in honor of the resurrection of Christ. The change was gradual, from the days of Adrian when Christians were tossed to the lions, and after that reaffirmed through the Holy Inquisition, humanity has been observing the wrong day of rest for over 1600 years. The churches that presume to teach that Jesus Christ changed Saturday are teaching a colossal heresy. Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 8For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like

things ye do". Nowadays, there are books, almanacs, and bibles that teach or suggest that the commandments of men should be kept above the commandments of God. In the end times The Biblical and historical continuity of Saturday and the historical fact of the change to Sunday by the Romans show that the theory of Sunday is Satans work just as it was told by Daniel. The sophism that rest is spiritual is another tool of the enemy which many accept and defend. This biblical incoherence is the clearest demonstration that the commandment of God has been abandoned for a doctrine of men and unmasks the apostasy of the end times. I John 2:3-6 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. To walk like he walked, Jesus is the Lord of the sabbath and said that if we loved him we had to keep his and his fathers commandments. Theres nothing in the Bible about rest being spiritual. Revelations 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus". Jesus anticipated that in the end of times (our days) the faithful would be observing the original day of rest. Matthew 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Also that there would be people that would warn us about keeping the commandments of God. Revel 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters". Remember that he who made the heavens, the earth, and the sea, was the one who blessed the seventh day Saturday, the original one. However, Jesus also warned that many would be fooled. Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect". Why fooled? 2 Thes 2:10 because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness". To believe the truth, love the truth to be saved. There are those who dont love the truth and please themselves with things that are clearly not in the Bible. They are the ones about whom it was written, They will fool many. the sanctification of Sunday has no Biblical support. The law of God, the Ten Commandments, are in Exodus 20 and in Deuteronomy 5:7; Saturday, the fourth commandment, will be the great issue of discussion in the time of the end. It is the seal of the living God, while Sunday will turn into what the Apocalypse calls the mark of the beast.

Part 2
To heal on Saturday, to be saved or to die. The miracles of healing performed by Jesus on Saturday, sophisms, and these three Biblical quotes are used by those who defend Sunday as the day of rest to say that Saturday was abolished. Colossians 2:14, Acts 20:7, Revelation 1:10. We will take each of them and analyze their context to show that there is no place for such affirmation. Curiously, 7 healings were registered on the Bible on the seventh day. Mark 1:21-28 Mark 1:29-31 Mark 3:1-6 Luke 13:10-17 Luke 14:1-4 John 5:1-5 Man with a filthy spirit Peters mother-in-law Man with the dry hand Crippled woman Man with dropsy Crippled from Bethesda

John 9:14

Blind man from birth

There is no evidence for using these deeds as proof of the change. Lets see where Jesus is going with the questions asked, what is the purpose and conclusion of the text. Mark 3:2 And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day; that they might accuse him. Accuse him of what? The Pharisees had moved apart from the institution of the Bible but bragged of following it to the letter. Proof of that is in the reprimand that Jesus gave them, for exaggerating the teachings, to the point of adding traditions that where not Gods intention. Mt. 16:11-12, Mt. 23:13-36, Mk. 7:5-13, Jn. 8:37-38; They wanted to accuse him based on the requirements added to the sabbath by their traditions. The healings Jesus performed on the sabbath have the purpose putting the focus back of God and eliminating the Jewish prejudices and exaggerations. At no time is there any suggestion to presume to change the holiness of Saturday to Sunday or any other day. Mark 3:4 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? To save life, or to kill? But they held their peace. Luke 14:56 And answered them, saying, which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the Sabbath day? 6And they could not answer him again to these things". What is it that Jesus wants to point out here? That Saturday was changed to Sunday, or that it is right to do good on Saturday? Theres no change here in favor of Sunday. Let nobody judge you? Colossians 2:14-16: Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross... 16Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ." This is probably the only quote that can originally create confusion, but only to those who do not know the whole context known as the Bible. Here there are certain key words to know what Paul is referring to. Those who do not want to keep the commandment of the sabbath utilize only some of them to explain that nobody should judge you for not keeping it. But they dont explain each and every one of the words that make up the sentence, and they hide the truth contained in the words they don't use. Lets see what Paul means in this passage. A Lamb was sacrificed in Eden that died in the place of Adam; it was explained to Moses in detail what had to accompany that sacrifice: drink, foods, offerings, and rites with dates, and festivities that included days of rest additional to the normal ones, called holidays or sabbaths. All of them were a shadow of what was to come. The lamb sacrifices were accompanied by food, ceremonies, and parties that were pre-established and were prototypes of the original model. The whole model points toward the person of Jesus Christ. When the real model arrives, the scale model is no longer necessary; that scale model is the ceremonial law, which according to Deuteronomy 31:26, was placed next to the Ark, as a witness against us; this is the record that was nailed to the cross. It was no longer useful because Jesus gathered all of the law into himself. The rites had 7 extra ceremonial sabbaths, in addition to the sabbaths of each week recorded in the Ten Commandments kept inside the Ark. It is to these meals, drinks, holidays, new moons, sabbaths, and extra sabbaths to which Paul refers, never to the Ten Commandments as many presume to teach; now that this law is not against us, since according to Paul himself, it is ...holy, and just, and good (Romans 7:12) and does not possess what Colossians 2:14-16 describes; an exception to the sabbath. These 7 extra ceremonial sabbaths are the ones for which no one can judge you, not the sabbath of weekly rest. Any other interpretation would be avoiding the textual evidence.

Part the bread Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight". Those who defend Sunday with this quote say that since the disciples gathered to part the bread, this is proof that the sanctity of Saturday was changed to Sunday. Place your

hand on your heart and ask yourself; is that what the text says? Or moreover, the motive of the gathering is because Paul had to leave the following day as it is written. However, many accept ideas that are not of the Bible. Lords day Revelation 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lords day...". There are some versions that have translated the phrase the day of the Lord into Sunday. The literal Greek translation does not allow the phrase first day of the week, in order to be translated, Sunday should say in Greek first of the sabbaths a figure of speech that does not exist. The Bible states that Jesus is Lord also of the Sabbath Mark 2:28. If John is on the day of the Lord, then it is Saturday, never Sunday. Nowadays, many choose to keep as holy the day of the lord Constantine, who in reality made the change. The day of the Lord Jesus is not Sunday. Jesus and Sunday Jesus, does not change When Christ came to earth, he didnt come to change the law. Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven". Some say that since they have difficulty keeping Saturday, Jesus frees them from doing it and are no longer obligated. To those that teach this, Jesus said how they would be called in the kingdom of heaven. God rewards obedience. John 14:23-24 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Fathers which sent me. We defy those who teach in favor of Sunday: Where is the word of Jesus and of The Father to keep a day that He did not teach? We already explained that the quotes with which they maintain the theory of Sunday are a deception to those who are not on guard. Dont let yourself be fooled, it is written that even if the heavens and the Earth are finished, not even a small accent of the Commandments will be changed. You choose whom to believe, the Bible or men. Historical Changes - Continuity Some place obstacles in the way of the observance of Saturday, saying: You do not which is the day of rest nor are you keeping the real day. Historically, there was no change until the time of Jesus. Luke 23:56, 24:1 And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment. 1Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared... This quote indicates that from the time of Jesus to today, Sunday of resurrection has been recorded, which in some cultures is known as Easter Sunday. This indicates the continuity of the weekly count. The only change recorded by history was when ten days were removed from October, 1852. The 4 th became the 15th of October. Only ten days were removed; at no time did Monday become Thursday, the weekday remained the same, only ten days ahead. << It was assumed that the solar year had 365 1/4 days. But it is 11 minutes and some seconds less than reality. This annual mistake kept accumulating throughout the years. It was only seriously considered in 1577 by the Pope Gregory XIII, who published a decree annulling ten days from the calendar. In order to avoid a displacement, the leap years were adjusted. This is known as the Gregorian calendar and it is the one in use currently in the world . >> In encyclopedias and in calendars, Sunday is recorded as the first day of the week, and Saturday as the seventh. Nowadays, some calendars in the World place Sunday as the seventh and Saturday as the Sixth, like the German calendar. However, the evidence shows that it is by tradition, since mituosh (Pronounce mituosh like in Spanish, please listen to the CD-ROM presentation), or Wednesday in German, means half of the week with three days before and

three days after, a half which would not be true if Saturday werent the seventh day. To this, versions of the Bible are added, which by tradition of men, are placing Sunday as the day of The Lord, something that is not true. There are many more arguments against Saturday, and all of them can not be discussed here. It is your decision which day you take, and which you leave. There are two doors in front of you. One leads to life, and the other doesnt. One is wide and spacious, many go through it, the other is narrow, and very few find it.
