Bring your ID. Male students: please give priority of the chairs to the elders/females. Be early in court. Judge Nery doesnt want anyone coming in late, or anyone standing up during the whole trial. Session starts at 8:30am (daily). Hearing Days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. (The only court which usually conducts hearings in the afternoon, kasi most courts only have their hearings in the morning at 8:30am-12nn). Session starts at 8:30am. Refer to Court Calendar (dili everyday ila hearing). Hearing Days: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. (Wednesdays are motion days, but you may observe if you want.) Hearing Days: Monday to Thursday. Inform the Clerk of Court ahead of time (before the start of the trial) if you intend to observe in Branch 37. (to make sure that such student was indeed present during the trial) *Mondays and Tuesdays CIVIL Cases; *Wednesdays and Thursdays CRIMINAL Cases (However, ang Thursday hearing is EVERY OTHER THURSDAY lang kasi Judge Pasal conducts hearings at Malaybalay. Suggested days for court observation: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. *For Fridays afternoon only. Suggested days for court observation: Tuesdays. Hearing Days: Monday to Thursday. It is advised to inform the Clerk of Court of your presence if you intend to observe a certain branch. Dont forget to bring your DTRs. Ask permission before photocopying the Daily Court Calendar. (It is posted at every courtroom door or at the branchs bulletin board.) Observe proper decorum during trial: a. As much as possible, dont be late. b. Turn off your cellular phones or put in silent mode before the session starts. c. Please wear proper attire during court observation. (Sleeveless, shorts and slippers are not allowed.)

You may ask for the Practice Court Observation Guidelines from Atty. Marrieta Galdo (Judge Bollozos Clerk of Court) and have it photocopied Or pwede pud dili na, i-encode ko na lang apil. Hehe. Below is the list of proceedings to be observed.
