SHEET 2 OF 3 6 Responsibility Operaters must abide by the work instruction,and any query should report to the supervisor 6.1 Operators choose the equipments according to WI 6.2 equipments's daily maintance is forbidden to operators, and can only be charged by specilists appointed from Craft Dept. Operator is obligate to report the downtime caused by the accidents such as equipment or 6.3 adapter's problem to supervisor timely and wait instruction Before a model is put into mass production, operator must finish five pregramming samples and 6.4 make sure them pass the measure of ME's moulding board Operator must frequently test the part with ME's moulding board during the production process (every 100pcs test 5pcs) 6.5 Operator must finish the working record report clearly and completely as requirement 6.6 The raw parts area, passed production area and failed production area must be strictly divided at the handling spot 6.7 Operator must mark the P/N and Qty for passed production, and fill MDR for failed ones 6.8 Nnew model cannot put into trial run without ME's VA or personal operation 7 Work flow:
