Planning, organizing, implementing, Leading and monitoring multi-disciplined activities with a Quality Control team of 30 inspectors. Review the Designs and the Drawings. Contractual correspondence with EPC contractor and monitor all the contractual obligation. Monitor and arrange Turnover Package collection of quality verifying documents and certificates that certify all inspection and tests have been completed on a system or subsystem basis. Closely monitoring the performance of progress of the works on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for mobilizing of Men, Material, Machinery and other necessary resources by coordinating with head office and client. Responsible for organizing and execution of all discipline works. Technical coordination with Client and Consultant achieving targets with well developed management skills in India and Middle East.

Attends the management QA/QC meetings to discuss high lights/concerns and seek management assistance to resolve any Quality related issues of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument. Attends the management construction progress meetings to resolve construction issues related to Quality. Responsible for assuring compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan for all construction, inspection and testing activities at site. Provide training to EPC contractor Quality Control personnel for routine inspections and trouble shooting. Allocation of inspectors Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument and monitor inspection activities at site, fabrication shop and in vendor premises. Exercise significant initiative and judgment while planning, organizing and coordinating QA/QC related matters, provide technical advice, support and direction within QA/QC area of expertise. Expertise in Project Management (Construction and Quality), Engineering Specifications and International Standards.
