Accountants Enterprise Reporter is a user friendly reporting tool that allows you to produce
professional reports simply and cost effectively. Reporter uses your existing general ledger data to
produce compliance and management reports in the format you want. It’s easy to use and highly
flexible, so you can create reports to meet all your client management needs without being a
reporting expert.

Generate reports with ease


Drop down lists allow you to select the years or periods you need easily, and you can choose to
show actuals or rounded values.
AE Reporter provides a wide range of management report templates that display relevant information
as required. You can also customise easily to suit your exact needs. Customised reports that you use
frequently can be saved to a Favourites tab, so that you can easily re-use your reports.

Non transactional data can be entered into Reporter so that you can keep details such as directors
and note disclosure items. It’s easy to update the information at any time, and drop down lists per
ledger type provide you with the most likely default value set related to each ledger.

AE Reporter allows you to produce high quality reports that can be tailored to suit individual client
requirements. Reports can be previewed on screen, and are shown in WYSIWYG – so that what
you see is exactly what you get when you print the report, including page breaks, page orientation
and styles.
You can apply the look you want to your reports, including fonts, bolding, watermarks and more.
AE Reports can also be exported directly to Microsoft® Word or Excel, so you can manipulate them
further as required.

Once you’ve run the report you can drill down on the items to review the detailed information
that makes up the account. This saves time, and allows you to review any outstanding or issue
areas quickly.

line with accounting standards and legislative changes.
AE Reporter also allows you to produce management and periodic reporting to meet your clients’
management needs, including monthly, quarterly and five year trends.

Design your own reports without being an expert


AE Reporter makes it easy to make custom modifications to existing reports or to create your own
reports from scratch. The software uses familiar Windows functions and terminology, and you
don’t need to be a report-writing expert to make changes.
The building blocks of reports are called formats, and these define what data is included in the
report and how it is presented. Formatting can be applied to cells or ranges of cells easily without
using “programming” commands, and you can view your changes on screen immediately – so
it’s easy to get the exact report and look that you want.

reports. You can see exactly what elements are available to use, and “drag and drop” items where
