Question 6.1

(p)- Open the back panel. Loosen the screw. Turn the screw counterclockwise. Use a Phillips screwdriver. Using a Phillip screwdriver, open the back panel and loosen the screw by turning it counterclockwise.

Question 6.2
(a)- A low circulation rate will reduce the load on the cyclone and decrease catalyst attrition. This can lead to much greater catalyst retention. When circulation rate is low the load on the cyclone and catalyst attrition are reduced, causing greater catalyst retention. (b)- At a temperature of 400F, the sulfur is very viscous. This can be a problem in the first condenser, causing clogging in the tubes. Due to sulfur being very viscous at 400F, tubes in the first condenser get clogged. (d)- The accelerators used presently are linear accelerators and cyclotrons. Linear accelerators and cyclotrons are fixed target accelerators. These types of accelerators use a single particle accelerated at a fixed target. Recent linear accelerators and cyclotrons use a single particle that is accelerated toward a fixed target. (e)- The coils are arranged along the walls and roof of the combustion chamber. In the combustion chamber, heat is primarily transferred by radiation. Within the combustion chamber, the coils are arranged along the walls, whilst the heat is primarily transferred by radiation. (f)- This ammonia plant is currently producing an ammonia product. It could however, be producing more product at less cost. The ammonia plant is capable of increasing its production at a lower cost. (k)- The third sensor discussed was a sensor involving a pipe connecting the feed line to a propeller, which, in turn, was connected to a shaft in the isobaric chamber. Attached to the shaft in the isobaric chamber was the third sensor that connected the feed line to a propeller. (o)- While working they will be asked to do several kinds of jobs. They may be asked to work in design and analysis areas. While working they may be asked to do several kinds of jobs, such that involve design and analysis. (q)- Computer aided engineering is affecting the entire profession because with the use of computers it is taking less time to design and correct a program, and it is more accurate than doing it by hand. Computer-aided engineering has affected the entire profession; it takes less time to design and correct a program and it minimizes human errors.
