Quoted Basic Prices are each Ex-works, Basis Duly Packed At Extra Cost. If Unpacked, dispatch by Chartered Vehicle Only CST @ 2% against Form-C OR @12.5% without form 'C'. . Will be charged extra as may be applicable at the time of delivery. The Present Excise Duty leviable is @ 12.5% To be Borne by the Customer. To be arranged by Customer. On Readiness of despatch of equipment(s) we will intimate about the despatch particulars to enable the customer to arrange insurance. We will not undertake any liability for damage/loss/accident whatsoever, during transit.. Octroi & Other Levies to be Borne by Customer. All Payments to be Made Only by Demand Drafts / Cheque in our Favor Payable at Pune. All Banks Charges Will be to Customers Account. 40% of Advance with techno-commercial clear purchase order. Balance against Proforma Invoice prior to dispatch. We will offer visual inspection or full load trial with your feed material at our works prior to despatch. In case of full load trial, the customer is required to send sufficient quantity of feed material at our works, freight duly paid on door delivery under No Commercial Value Invoice basis. Our supply will be made under General Warranty against the defective material(s) and/or faulty workmanship. Our liability shall be to repair or replace the equipment/ component(s) free of cost at our works after our satisfactory inspection and acceptance, provided such defective parts are promptly returned to our works. The repaired or new part(s) will be despatched on freight Paid basis consigned to the customer. This general warranty will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of our supply. Wear and tear due to normal use as well as damage due to negligence of consumable spare parts and/or ready made bought out items is not covered within our standard warranty clause. Hence replacement(s) thereof, if required by the customer will be on chargeable basis. We shall not be responsible for any liabilities, whatsoever, either direct or indirect arising out of this transaction. Our maximum liability would be to the extent of refunding basic cost of equipment. This warranty is applicable under the following conditions : Any replacement/repairs required to be made under the provision of this warranty will be carried out at our option either at site or at works. In the later case you will arrange to return the defective parts to us promptly, securely packed and duly insured. After replacement/repairs the period of warranty will limit itself to the unexpired portion of the total warranty period for the entire equipment. For accessories and fittings not manufactured by us, but which form an integral part of the equipment, the warranty will be coterminous with the equipment irrespective of the warranty period extended by the makers. In respect of the equipment where despatch after readiness is delayed at your specific instructions or lack of instructions, the warranty will be limited to the balance months from

the date of readiness of the equipment for dispatch. e) f) No repairs or replacements unless Authorized by us in writing, will be carried out on the equipment during the warranty period, either by you or by any other party. The warranty can be involved only if you have fulfilled your obligations under the contract relating to the release of all due payments etc.

This Offer is Valid for 30 Days from Date Hereof. 12 14 Weeks From the Date of Receipt of Order With Advance Payment. Supervision for Erection & Commissioning will be provided on agreed charges to assist the customer once written confirmation is received about ready-to-erect condition of the ordered equipment. Customer will have to furnish the Check-List prior to such intimation call. Check-List will be sent alongwith despatch documents. Non- readiness of site due to any reason whatsoever, visit thereafter will be again on chargeable basis. All Disputes Arising out of this Contract are Subject to Pune Jurisdiction only. Any stipulation made by Customer in their Conditions Printed of Otherwise Shall be null and Void.
