CONSTITUTION AND BY LAWS SAN RAMON INSTITUTE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MONCADA CATHOLIC SCHOOL

PREAMBLE

We, the alumni of San Ramon Institute Moncada Catholic School, with a common purpose and ideals, seeking the aid of the Divine Providence, to establish a strong and dynamic society of equals, which shall promote the interest and welfare of the members, do hereby adopt this CONSTITUTION AND BY LAWS. Article 1 Name and Domicile Section I The name of the Association shall be San Ramon Institute Moncada Catholic School Alumni Association Section II The office of the Association shall be at Moncada Catholic School, Poblacion 4, Moncada, Tarlac. Article II Objective Section I The objectives of the Association is to establish a cohesive, strong and dynamic SRI MCS Alumni Association. Article III Membership Section I Membership to the Association shall be open to all SRI MCS Alumni who are committed to promote, serve the interest and objectives of the Association. Section II Non graduates of SRI MCS but has been a student of good standing for a period of one school year can become a member classifies as Associate Member. Section III Obligations and Qualifications of an Associate Member shall: 3.1. He/She shall register and observe regular membership policies, rules and regulations. 3.2 He/She can vote and be voted upon. Article IV Officers Section I The officers of the Association are: 1.1.Members of the Board of Directors

1.2.There shall be eight officers as follows: 1.2.1. 1.2.2. 1.2.3. 1.2.4. 1.2.5. 1.2.6. 1.2.7. 1.2.8. President Vice President Secretary General Assistant Secretary General Treasurer General Auditor P.R.O. Business Manager

1.3.The Officers shall be voted upon by the General Assembly and the Assistant General Secretary shall be appointed by the selected president. Section II Duties and Functions of the Officers The Board of Directors a. The Board shall be the policy making body of the association. b. Approves appointments to vital position of officers recommended by the President. c. The Board shall be the adviser to the President. President a. The President shall preside over all register and special meetings of the association. b. He/She shall implement policies formulated by the Association. c. He/She shall sign documents for and on behalf of the Association. d. He/She submit a regular report on the Associations activities, membership status, financial position and accomplishments. The Vice President a. The Vice President shall take over the functions and duties of the President in the event that the President fails to perform his mandated duties of the President. b. And those that shall be assigned.

The Secretary General a. The Secretary General shall keep all the records of the Association. b. He/She shall take the minutes of the Associations meeting and furnish officers and representative of every batch a copy of each of the same. The Assistant Secretary General The Treasurer General a. The Treasurer General shall collect and keep records of membership dues and other obligations required of by the Association. b. He/She prepare and submit regular reports on the financial Status of the Association. c. He/She shall prepare financial reports duly verified by the Auditor and submit the same to the President for reporting during regular meetings. d. He/She shall keep the Associations bank accounts. The President and Treasurer General can only withdraw from the Association funds with the consent of the majority of the officers in session. The Auditor a. The Auditor protects the funds and properties of the Association by keeping an account and inventory of the same subject to sound auditing principles. b. He/She verifies and certifies the correctness of the Treasurer Generals Report. The Public Information Officer
