Due to the clever way Tamiya has designed the hit, the interior painting and weatliering can be completed fully liefore the chassis and bodyshell need to be joined.

Tlic author scratchbuilt the movie camera and hand battery case from plastic card and strip. Painting was completed nsing acrylics and small data stencils added the finishing touch. I h a d all I n e e d e d t o c o m p l e t e t h i s s t o r y finally,

Note how effective the dusty windscreen looks. This was created hy cutting out semi-circular masks before applying matt varnish with a brush.

CONCLUSION
A t r u l y e n j o y a b l e m o d e l , full of possibilities for quarter scale modellers and perfect proof that making models is only limited to ones imagination. For me it just goes to s h o w it doesn't have to be a tank or a r m o u r e d vehicle to m a k e a great subject and a fun project to w o r k on.
