Specific Staff Training & Value added Services will be charged extra as per the customer needs. The service team from Mettler-Toledo India Private Limited will facilitate with the Weights and Measures Department and assist the customer in verification and first stamping at user site free of cost. Mettler-Toledo India Private Limited offers a warranty of 14 months from the date of invoice from the date of Invoice. Warranty covers free replacement at the Companys option - repair of all parts found to be originally defective due to faulty workmanship. This warranty covers all the items, which are subject to normal wear and tear. The warranty excludes damages out of adverse environment, negligent use, impact loading, accidents, power fluctuations, fire, flood, etc. All balances / scales carry a Company seal. The warranty becomes null and void if the scales are opened/repaired/modified by anyone other than the Companys authorized personnel. The warranty offered is an on-site warranty and is applicable only to the original buyer to whom the scale is invoiced.

For all despatches customers have to furnish, the exemption forms as applicable, Local and Central Sales Tax /TIN No. of the location where dispatch has to be effected with dates. In case of delivery to locations where road permit is required like U.P., Bihar, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Orissa, customer has to send the road permit along with the order wherever applicable. In the event of any dispute or difference arising out of This or any transaction between the customer and Mettler-Toledo India Private Limited, the courts within the jurisdiction of Mumbai will be the deciding authority
