I.

INSTRUCTIONAL COMPETENCE
A. Lesson Planning and Delivery
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Prepare/ submit lesson plan every before a start of a new lesson. Design appropriate instructional materials. Present lessons using varied strategies. Motivate and takes into account learners pace. Use classroom management techniques in improving students involvement. Allot enough time for students analysis and application. Address individual differences. Provide learners materials and monitors students reading sessions.

B. Assessment
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Conduct Periodic Tests, pre-test and post test. Use Performance-based assessments. Prepare Table of Specification. Submit form every grading period. Submit updated and timely report on the percentage of passing, failure and drop out. Administer students activities, seatwork, homework, and materials realizing the effectiveness of learning.

C. Students Nutritional Status


1. Support school-based and DepEd programs for nutrition. 2. Help in initiating Feeding Program for the underweight students. 3. Monitor students nutritional status.

MANAGEMENT OF TIME AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Segregate wastes properly and monitors proper waste disposal. Put up bulletin boards inculcating the different areas of learning. Expand the usage of instructional materials to improve learning.

LEARNERS ACHIEVEMENT
1. Increase the target MPS by the end of the year in Grade 8 English. 2. Attain 0% drop out rate and100% promotional rate.

IV.

SCHOOL, HOME AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT


1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Encourage parents involvement and participation in all activities. Establish harmonious relationship with parents and setting up Parent-Teacher conference. Plan out home visitation for better comprehension of students capacity and background. Strengthen school policies and disseminates school programs and accomplishments. Involve in community projects and civic organizations. Motivate students to apply knowledge in the community for a purpose.

PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE


A. Teachers
1. Attend flag ceremony every day. 2. Always holds classes on time. 3. Attend school and DepEd programs and activities on time.

B. Students
1. 2. 3. 4. Encourage students to attend flag ceremony every day. Increase attendance in school programs and activities. Improve students performance. Give time to value and reflect the importance of obeying school rules and regulations at all times.

C. Submit forms/ reports on time.

VI.

PROFESSIONALISM
1. Wear decent attire/ proper school uniform. 2. Find possible ways on meeting the students expectations, needs and the school mission and vision. 3. Develop good human relations. 4. Monitor students behaviour and applies consequences and counselling for misbehaviour. 5. Encourage students to open up insights and ideas for the improvement of the lesson, classroom and learning.

VII. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT


1. Attend seminars, trainings, workshops enhancing teaching-learning strategies, management and ideals. 2. Apply for a post graduate study.
