Responsible for managing all administrative, financial and personnel matters for the WHO country
office. Helping Senior Managers to develop the strategies and programmes. Improving resource
planning. Management of Common Premises with UNDP. Coordinating Information Technology with
the WHO Regional Officer for Africa. Supervising the Representative.
 Advising on the development and implementation of proper administrative and financial rules in
application of the statutes and financial regulations and in conformity with financial regulations.
 Focal point for monitoring regular and extra-budgetary accounts. Reporting on budgetary delivery of
technical cooperation projects and the donor/global trust fund account.

of the UNDCP-supported project and programmes in West & Central Africa covering 24 countries.
 Identified and justified possibilities, drafts, and other documentation, consulted with Governments and
organizations of the UN system, for the preparation of UNDCP-supported programme and activities.
 Assisted NGO identify programme’s needs in the area of drug control.
 Prepared programme descriptions, work-plans and budgets and briefed on UNDCP procedures -
