Training Needs are Identified on IsoQual Form 6.2.2-2 Competency needs are met through the following actions: outsourcing, new hire and/or promotion or reassignment of an employee. The HRO provides or coordinates provision of new employee orientation training and required skills training. Materials Manager solicits/obtains required services; responsible manager evaluates qualifications and identifies training needs Training results recorded. Effectiveness of actions taken are recorded and management action is taken using IsoQual Form 8.5-1, where appropriate per OP 8.2.2 and/or OP 5.6 Status: Purchase documents, job descriptions, etc. define qualification criteria. Records (including, IsoQual Form 6.2.2-1, IsoQual Form 6.2.2-2, IsoQual Form 6.2.2-3, IsoQual Form 6.2.2-4 and IsoQual Form 6.2.2-5) are maintained to demonstrate competency. ALL subcontractors and company employees are qualified to perform job assignments affecting product quality.
