Downstream Activities Myanma Petrochemical Enterprise (MPE) is operating 3 refineries (57,000 bl/day), 3 Urea Plants (1270 ton/day), 1 LPG Plant, 1 Methanol Plant & 1 Bitumen Plant in the country. 2 Skid mounted LPG plants are going to be installed very soon.
