As you know that under Right to Information Act, of 2005-19 (1), the PIO should respond my application with requested information. The grounds for appeal In my requisition for information dated 26/02/2013, I had asked for the information, as per the copy enclosed. This has been received by the PIO on within the mandated period of 30 days is over, and got a replay from PIO on 26/03/2013 saying, he will provide requested information once he gets from source department but till now we havent received it. (1) What is the procedure followed for appointment of Physiotherapist at EFLU, Health Centre, Hyderabad on Post time basis or on full time basis. (2) What are the rules specified by the Govt. of India for the said purpose. (3) Whether the same rules were followed in the recent appointment made for the post of the Physiotherapist at EFLU, Health Centre, Hyderabad. (4) If not reasons therefore may kindly be furnished. (5) If the prescribed is not followed, the nature of action taken to fill up the said post afresh. (6) The name of the News Paper(s) with address and date of publication(s) where the recruitment notice for the post of Physiotherapist at EFLU. Please provide a copy of such advertisement published in each newspaper(s). (7) The date and time on which the advertisement was placed in the university website and the Name and Contact Number of the person who posted it in the website of EFLU. Was it placed in the website just a day before the day of interview and withdrawn in the same day?

Particulars of Decision of CPIO: PIO replay is unsatisfactory as there is no deadline(date) mentioned by which PIO will furnish requested data.
