SECTION A Question 1 The majority of respondents were aged from 20 years to 40 years old, with the largest proportion

(50%) in the 20-29 years group, followed by 35 % in the 30-39 years group. Only 10 % were aged below 20 years, and a smaller percentage (5%) were aged 40 aged and above. The age breakdown is shown in figure 1.

Question 2 More than half (70%) of the respondents were female and 30 % were male. This gender division reflected the overall composition of visitors to the ziezue glamoriz. The gender breakdown is shown in figure 2.

Question 4 The majority of respondents were work for government sector , with the largest proportion (50%) , followed by 35 % in private sector. Only 15 % were worked in others sector. The employmenr breakdown is shown in figure 4.

How long did have to wait to place your order?

The feedback about the time for waiting to place their order as shown as above by the bar chart. 1 over 20 customers said ziezue glamoriz services to place an order are immediate service while 3 of them said they have to wait under 1 minute to place their order. For the time between 1 and 5 minutes to place an order, 14 of the customers agreed with that meanwhile 2 customers said that they have to wait for over than 5 minutes to place an order, and this is one of the problem they have to face it at this boutique. This shows that the problem is some of ziezue glamorizs customer did not satisfied with the time services for placing an order. They have to wait almost 5 to 10 minutes to get the order because the worker at this boutique less than ____.

Question 5 (TEYA) As shown above, the bar chart shows the result of feedback from customer due to the staff availability in the timely manner. For the first bar chart stand for excellent, a total of 9 people agree with this opinion which means they are satisfied with the staff availability. Meanwhile, 4 customers said that good and 5 customers pick average for the staff availability in a timely manner. Then, 2 customers said it is fair and 0 for poor. From this result, we conclude that majority of the customers satisfied with the staff service for the availability in a timely manner. This shows that the staff have a highly attitude and trained successful by their organization.

This bar chart shows the results from ziezue glamoriz customers for the staff greeting and offering a help. Total of 12 over 20 customers said that the staff greeting and offering helping was great. While 4 of the customers said for good and another 4 gave for average. The rest scale for fair and poor have 0 feedbacks. From the results, we can conclude that nothing problem for their staff attitude. They give their best services for the customers and they know how to win customers hearts who visit their boutique. So, overall for this question make a positive side about the staff attitude for give greeting and offering help while their customers need that.
