1. Are the men trained? All our crews have to complete a 2-week training course and shadowing training in order to go out as part of a crew without supervision. We provide professional movers, no contract laborers like other services do. 2. Are there additional charges for stairs, upper levels? NO. Our services are based by hourly rates, allowing the customer to have control of the move price by setting an amount of time that meets their budget. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

As advice coming from a provider, ensure that your movers will provide all the equipment necessary to perform your move. Always ask about additional fees or costs associated with your move, which can include trip fee, fuel charge, stair fees, & equipment fees. Be sure to also reference any limitations the provider may have such as limiting the # of boxes the crew can carry per trip back and forth, or restricting any additional helping hands you might want to provide.

Insurance:
Mover's Liability Insurance is included on all services. As allocated by TxDOT requirements, Mover's Liability Insurance covers damages on items based on a per pound rate. Insurance will pay a rate of $0.60 per pound per article towards the repair/replacement of the item. Our truck & cargo are insured.
