Responsibility: As a Service Desk Engineer handle 230+ Desktop, Laptop & Printer related Hardware and Software issue with Different Vendors product like HP, Dell and Compaq. Handle in house user complaints by logging Call via Phone & Mails with assigned Priorities and Followed end to end process to close the Call. Prioritizing and follow up of the call till closure. Updated customers/ users on the progress of the tickets and closed the tickets with user confirmation. Co-ordinate with the Engineers to get the problem resolved up to customer satisfaction. Troubleshooting: Desktop, Laptop Hardware, Windows Related Issues Remotely through Team viewer,VNC,Net making Issue, Shared Printer and Network related issues.

Technical Skill: Knowledge of Desktop / Network Hardware Components Installation, Up gradation and Troubleshooting. Work on Experience of Windows XP & Windows 7/ 8 Installation, Customization and Troubleshooting in Different Vendors Product (Desktop / Laptop.
